Lantana Beach House - 77 Butler Street

This well presented four bedroom house sleeps 12 people in 3 queens and 3 bunks. Located close to the heart of town, a short walk takes you to Byron's lively centre where you can indulge in delicious eateries, shops and paradise beaches. This fabulous getaway features a tastefully designed and very spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, polished timber floors through out and a spacious outdoor entertaining area with a sparkling swimming pool.

The property itself is perfectly proportioned and built to maximize comfort, with an easy stroll to town and Main Beach. Lantana's ambience is very social so whether you are entertaining the kids or catching up with friends over a weekend escape, this home is a fabulous all rounder! The open bathroom has two enclosed showers, double vanity and bath. There are two separate toilets.

Choosing your holiday accommodation right in town means that everything Byron has to offer is within easy walking distance, be it shopping for essentials or a bit (or a lot) of dedicated retail therapy. There is also plenty of nightlife if you want it and some of Australia's finest restaurants are located in Byron Bay. If you feel like watching a live band at night you cant go past the Railway Friendly Bar with live gigs every night of the week. And to top it all off, some of Australia's, if not the worlds finest and most famous beaches are no more than a hop and a skip away. The choice is yours, all the way from beautiful Belongil via stunning Main Beach to idyllic Clarkes and untamed Tallows Beach.

Please note a security bond is required. We have a strict no party policy. This property is fully self-contained and is not serviced. You will need to bring your own amenities, beach towels and food. For cot hire, high chairs or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire.

Lovely house!

Great location and easy communication with the host. Pool was heated and the house had a great set up that made our stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Great house for group!

We stayed here with 4 couples. There was enough room for us to have our own space and rooms but perfect to gather around and have dinner together at the large table. The house had everything we needed, from the simpler things like washing powder, dishwasher pods, cling wrap and toilet paper to the bigger things like the smart tv, WiFi, air con and dishwasher. The kitchen was decked out with everything we needed to cook with. It felt like we were at home. The pool was a lovely temperature and perfect size. The beds were comfortable. The 2 showers and 2 toilets were perfect for our large group. It was only a 5 minute walk from the Main Street and the beach. Over all very happy with our stay and have recommended to friends!

Great location

Loved the layout of the house and the gardens and pool. Walking distance to main street and the beach. There are no footpaths which was difficult with prams and it is busy as it is located next to a caravan park but overall we had a great stay. Neighbours were however very sensitive to noise and made a number of noise complaints despite our efforts to be quiet. It sleeps 12 people so there is always residual noise. Great to see the native bush turkeys and lizards in the yard and the rainforest at the back of the property.

Amazing property and location

We have just finished 7 nights in this house and it was wonderful. We had 12 adults stay and it didn't feel crowded at all- the house has a great open plan living area and the pool is great to lounge around in the afternoon! Location is fab- just a 3-5 minute walk to the main Street and only a little further to the beach.
