Located on a quiet street, very well furnished with three queen beds on the upper floor with a spacious Kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor. Linen , towels and fully equipped kitchen awaits for you. You have the whole house to yourself. The property is located near major highways- 91 North and South, 391 North, 291 East and the mass pike. New Springfield MGM Casino, Basketball Hall of Fame,About 1 mile to Springfield City Hall,Major Malls and shopping outlets, hotels and Restaurants, all with 2 to 3 miles. Springfield Technical College, Springfield Armory and Museum, American International College and Springfield College nearby. So is Western New England College ( WNEC) Forest Park and many other attractive and interesting places.

Fulfilled our needs

Historic home in a quiet, culturally diverse neighborhood. Comfortable beds, new towels & bed linens. However, we found it odd there was not a single hanger anywhere. Grateful for the 1/2 bath on first floor, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. House would benefit from paint, inside & out, and upgrades ( like a bench & coat hooks or rack at the entrance) but served our purpose for our short stay.

Springfield review

House needs a lot of work. Had everything they claim but very rundown. It looks like they are in the process of doing work. A lot of yard clean up is also needed.

Nice CoVid Getaway

The sentence that had me choose this listing was: “You have the place all to yourself.” We did, and it worked out great. The kids came out of their rooms on their own and we spent time together. Took a winter hike also and ate great takeout. We highly recommend this place.

Very clean /spacious

Very clean and spacious. All the little things we needed to cook breakfast . good TVs throughout the house. We were there very little time. Nicely located. Easy access to surrounding highways
