This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, well equipped first floor condo, is nestled in the magnificent dunes at the quiet northern end of Wrightsville Beach in Wrightsville Dunes. Enjoy your own private balcony while watching the pelicans soar and the waves crash on the expansive beach! Lounge poolside at one of the two community pools or play a match or two on the tennis courts. Of course, the wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways will make you feel like you have it all to yourself! This condo is in the Sterling Edition which boasts an exterior secured entrance to the building for your convenience.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Seasonal parking fees may apply and will be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Restrictions: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Always a good time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been tenants for going on our 2nd year and stayed in a different condo last year but it’s always clean, check in is flawless, issues at the condo always fixed fast if any at all and they are even called this last time to tell me someone is coming up to fix an issue that has been ongoing and something the last tenant brought up. A++++ places and staff. Super quiet close enough to everything in Wilmington, Kure and Carolina. We will be back from the next 25 years!

Felt like grandmas place at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view but this unit is tired and in need of a major update. Carpet was stained and disgustingly dirty. Being locked out of the master closet and pantry was very inconvenient. No tv in 2 of the bedrooms including the master was a disappointment.

Nice Condo

The property was very nice. We had everything we needed. The deck has plenty of chairs to enjoy the great ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped and each of the bedrooms had an en-suite bath. It was a quick walk to swim in the ocean and the pool was also nice. Great place to spend a week at the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: wonderful spot and unit. loved everything about it EXCEPT there was no master closet thus clothes hung on door knobs, and no kitchen closet and every cabinet was full of homeowners bounty of plates, etc. thus all our stuff was on hall floor. We were there 2 weeks. for a weekend would not be too big of a problem.
