The waves can clearly be heard crashing in across the Great Ocean Road in this sheltered position, surrounded with views of the rolling hills. Open the front door to the deck, relax on the couch, bring the sounds of the ocean in, and watch the big ships go by. This house provides a tranquil setting surrounded by sea, hills, farms and bush. You may even encounter the occasional koala bear in the driveway apart from the rich diversity of bird life. Take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful untouched beach front or explore the numerous crystal clear rock pools nearby. A short 15km drive to the township of Apollo Bay. Note - Room upstairs is not available.

B2– downstairs. 1 set bunks and 1 single bed. All with doonas and pillows. Carpet on floor.

Sitting room – downstairs. 1 double sofa. Carpet on floor. Ocean views. Separate external entry to this room. This room is joined to house but not accessible internally from house.

KITCHEN- downstairs
Electric cooking, microwave, medium fridge with freezer, dishwasher. sandwich maker, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, teapot, frypan. All saucepans, crockery and cutlery. Dining table with 6 chairs.

LOUNGE- downstairs
TV – (Foxtel including commercial channels), DVD, CD, r/c air conditioning, wood combustion heater. Lounge furniture. Carpet on floor, venetian blinds. Ocean views and opens to front deck. Views to the rolling hills and opens to rear deck.

BATHROOM – downstairs
Shower, toilet and vanity. Tiles on floor

LAUNDRY
Note Laundry is attached to house but has an external access. No access through house.
Auto washing machine and dryer, basket, pegs, iron, ironing board, mop, dust pan, brush and brooms, clothes airer, bar fridge.

VIEWS
Excellent ocean views at the front as well as views of the rolling hills and surrounding countryside at the rear.

Gas BBQ (swap and go gas refill bottle), outdoor table with 6 chairs front deck and outdoor table and chairs rear deck

The top storey of this house is a locked room and not available to guests however guests are able to use the deck upstairs (refer directors chairs kept in the laundry).
