This privately owned and managed home has it all to help create your perfect dream vacation on Pensacola Beach. This is a new completely renovated 5BR/3.5BA home designed for your family to have the best of both worlds with the Sound in your backyard and the Beach in the front within steps. It is complete with a beautiful heated gunite pool, boat lift and dock with extended decking for viewing sunsets with stairs to access the water. You will enjoy sitting on the dock watching the amazing sunsets or in the morning having coffee as you watch pelicans fly over or dolphins playing in the water. You may even be so lucky to have a visit from our resident bald eagle. The Gulf of Mexico is literally steps away and the Baby Beach on the Sound is just a few houses down. You will have it all with this beautifully decorated home that includes an open floor plan with a large sectional sofa in the family area along with bar and wine fridge. The family area flows right into the kitchen with a large Island that seats 8 with high end finishes and a fully stocked chefs kitchen with all Thermador appliances including a 6 burner gas range. The kitchen flows right into the intimate dining area that seats 8. The open floor plan and windows along the back of the home allows for amazing 180 degree views of the Pensacola sound! The back deck is accessible right off the kitchen and dining area, as well as Master bedroom. It is furnished along with the downstairs entertaining space complete with dining table that seats 8, gas grill , flat screen TV, heated pool ($75/day) , corn hole and even a adjustable basketball goal located in the front driveway for the kiddos! You may never leave the house, but if you do venture out to our amazing beach there is a beach cart and bikes for you to use for quick access! The boat dock includes a boat lift large enough for a 28ft boat, stairs into the water and a fish cleaning station with fresh water for that Big Catch!! We also have paddle boards and a kayak for those looking to explore the sound up close and personal! Inside the home you will feel like you are at a 5 star hotel in the master suite with amazing views of the water and a master bath complete with double sinks, a soaking tub and a grand walk in shower. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa in the kids playroom that acts as a 6th bedroom. There are 3 full baths with 1 half bath and an outside shower. Our guests will always have hot water with our on demand water system. Additional amenities include an elevator and an indoor stairwell that can be accessed from the garage or front door for your convenience. There is also a second refrigerator located downstairs in the garage for overflow. The home is setup with Sonos music with speakers located throughout the home and outside on the deck and entertaining area. This private home is locally owned and managed providing our guests an attention to detail like no other. This is our home and we have taken great pride in creating the perfect vacation home.
