Elizabeth Bay sits between Potts Point & Rushcutters Bay. Loved for its location, locals never venture too far from home to work & play :)
The Space:
Newly Renovated apartment through out including Bathroom, Kitchen, Balcony & Roof Terrace.
Beautifully situated and full of light, has cooling sea breezes, with wall to wall large glass sliding doors opening onto a balcony that has views of Sydney Harbour and Rushcutters Bay Marina.
- The seperate bedroom is up a small /half set of stairs with a Queen bed and privately away from the Living Room. It has a Water / Harbour view. Large Wardrobe and plenty of drawers for storage. 2 x Bedside reading lamps.
- Newly fully renovated bathroom with a wall to wall walk-in shower, glass shower screen with rain and separate hand showers. Fully tiled with Calacatta porcelain tiles on the walls and floor.
- Separate lounge room or living room with comfy sofa and sitting areas, plus fully furnished to meet all our guests needs and extra comfort, plus a fabulous view of Sydney Harbour!
- A fully furnished balcony right outside the glass doors of the living room so that guests can fully enjoy the view and outdoors :)
- Newly fully renovated kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, oven, large sink, mixer tap, cooktop x 2 hotplates which guests are most welcome to use.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property! The front door key opens the roof door and laundry door downstairs on level 1 .
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Small speakeasies, swaying palms, and towering masts comprise the skyline in Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters Bay, two inner-Sydney suburbs that grace the harbor's edge. Nearly urban but sporting every suburban amenity, Elizabeth and Rushcutters Bay feel equal parts connected to the core of the city and removed from its big business endeavors. Instead of lunch hours or rush hours, Elizabeth and Rushcutters Bay residents spend slow hours dockside, parkside, or yachtside.

Please note that we cannot have any people making a noise nuisance; no loud voices please, strictly no loud music and no parties, etc. No washing or drying to be visible from the outside / on the balcony.
Strictly no smoking inside please!
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

This was the perfect location for tourists and business travellers alike. Convenient access to public transit for trips into the Business District as well as walkable shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The accommodations were as described and even better as the rooftop pool was a nice surprise and the kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely come back!!
My partner and I were looking for a base for a 2 month stay in Sydney and were delighted with the apartment. Nicely and tastefully furnished and in a great location it was perfect for our needs. The host was available at all times for any questions or issues (no issues in fact) and we would happily have stayed longer.
