Great views/location

Room was steps away from the beach. Good location for food/drinks/activities. We were offered early check I which was nice. Had a little trouble with the door handle/lock sticking and the bed wasn’t as comfy as I’d hoped but the stay went well. I definitely plan to visit MB again!

Myrtle Beach

The location was great. Within walking distance to the boardwalk. Disappointed I had to clean the fridge and microwave before I could use. Surface cleaning was done but it does need a good spring cleaning. Would go back again.

Fantastic Long Weekend!

We loved this property! Very clean, beautiful and safe! The host was very accommodating to work with and allowed us the luxury of a stress free weekend! Beautiful ocean views, quiet relaxation by the pool, hot tub, or on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Live music and many places to eat and have fun within walking distance!. We’ll be back! Jack and Jill

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

The room was everything my Husband and I needed to have an incredible time at the beach! Our room was very clean and had the necessities needed for a 5 night stay, but make sure you bring shower/hygiene products. There were plenty of fresh and clean towels for us to use as well as cooking utensils for when we wanted a quick lunch. The fridge and oven worked great! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We had the best time and plan on coming back for another wonderful stay!

2/10 Terrible

No internet

I hate to give a bad review because Rosesanne(the host) was very nice and responsive. There was sand in the bed when we got there and lots of hair on the floor. The reason for the 1star was predominantly due to the internet not working. It was a public network that we were told to use that works at times on the day we arrived and then completely went out the second day. We had our 7 month baby with us which made it much worse considering we weren’t able to watch her baby monitor because we had no internet. I had works calls scheduled for that day which I had to go to take Starbucks because there was no internet. We were told that it couldn’t be fixed which unfortunately in this day and age isn’t acceptable. We considered going to a hotel just so we could use our baby monitor and internet for other things needed. I asked the host for some type of discount/ refund which was denied. Bottom line i wouldn’t stay any where for free if there is no internet let alone the price we paid. Will never go back

We appreciate your kind comments about the responsive support you received. We’re sorry the internet outage disrupted your stay. No concerns about the bedding or floors were reported during the visit, so we did not have an opportunity to inspect or address them at the time. The room had been cleaned and prepared before arrival, and we take feedback about its condition seriously. We understand how important reliable internet can be and are reviewing the connectivity arrangements to provide clearer expectations and more dependable service.

Nice little condo for a few day stay.

We went down to Myrtle Beach for a wedding. It’s definitely not my go to beach but if I have to be at the beach, may as well be able to wake up and watch the ocean with a cup of coffee. The price of the condo was amazing for it being oceanfront. The reviews on the resort were not so great but I took a chance and glad I did. The condo was clean, well decorated, and getting in was super easy due to the communication with the representative. We had an awesome stay with zero issues!

Awful

The location was great! Our room was nasty definitely needs a deep clean stains in the comforter thankfully I brought my own. The inside pool was disgusting. And be aware of the parking garage a piece of it fell on our windshield cracking it pretty badly. So now we have to replace it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Fire the Cleaning company

The property was as described, and the property manager was very communicative. However, the condition of the room was highly unacceptable. There were evident semen stains on the comforter, roaches in the kitchen, and dust and hair on the lamps and other furnishings. We went to Dollar General to purchase bleach, Lysol, and other cleaning products to sanitize the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room area.

Hi Delisa, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to provide some clarification:- We assure you that the condo was deep cleaned a week prior to your arrival and thoroughly sanitized.- The lampshades have a textured pattern that may have appeared dusty, but we can confirm they were not.- Unfortunately, the presence of bugs was due to recent pest control treatments in neighboring units, which is beyond our control. The bugs may have entered after the treatment and were found dead due to the chemicals. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. - We always encourage our guests to reach out immediately with any concerns so we can address them promptly during their stay. We regret that we were not contacted during your stay.Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us ensure a better experience for all future guests.

Booking and Communication was Top-Notch!

1st booking through VRBO, and we are so happy! Booking was exactly as detailed and pictured. Bed was so comfortable. Place was clean and welcoming! It had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful oceanfront view! Roseanne was our point of contact for this stay and she was amazing! She sent us a message with the property and room door codes and parking info, so we had no dealings with the people at the property at all. She also sent us a message letting us know the room was ready several hours before the scheduled check-in. It wasn't expected, but it was a nice surprise! Parking pass was in the room waiting for us. This property is right near "Broadway at the Beach" with plenty of great restaurants. Wahlburgers, Señior Frog, and Rioz (brazilian steakhouse) to name a few. "Checkout" consisted of leaving the trash right outside the door in a designated spot and opening the shutters to the room... that's it! Can't say enough about Roseanne! The stay was perfection and so, so relaxing! Be sure to sign the pink notebook guestbook on the shelf! What a cute idea! 10/10! Thanks for being so awesome! Will definitely look to book this room again in the future!
