Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2Bath condo in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided. Welcome to our island-style living!
Our condo features a breakfast bar island, plus a spectacular Gulf view from the open kitchen/dining/living area leading to the screened beachfront lanai. The split floor plan insures that the quiet bedrooms are separated from family activity areas in this “all-on-one-level” condo.
Center courtyard unit just steps from the pool. Wicker furniture and plump floral cushions make a delightful and comfortable décor.

Location of condo is fantastic, beach chair / lounger available, shopping 5 min away, nice quiet neighborhood, awesome beach, miles to walk..

Great location, nice people, needs updating
Great location as it is steps from the sand. However, the unit needs to be updated. The beds are old and not comfortable. The towels are thin and need to be replaced. All the furniture (especially the coach) is old and needs to be replaced. The overall decor is extremely dated.

Nice beach stay!
This is a very nicely renovated, spacious condo truly right on the powder sand beach! Everything was clean and super comfortable. The screened in lanai was an added bonus. They also have a great pool with comfortable lounge chairs. Lounge chairs and umbrellas, are also right outside your condo on the beach (no need to pay extra), and beach towels are inside your condo, as are plenty of inside towels and linens. Longboat Key is the nicest and best part of Sarasota, and there is no need to leave the key if you don't want to. St. Armand's Circle with its excellent restaurants, little shops, and ambience is not far. A great stay!
