This unit is professionally cleaned using EPA registered product to combat Covid-19. In addition the unit is sanitized using a fogging process that kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses following CDC & Florida guidelines.

Enjoy this beautiful, renovated Gulf-front sunny unit with vaulted ceilings, spectacular views with accommodation for up to 6 and private beach.
The open floor plan of living room, dining room, kitchen and den offer full views of the sparkling turquoise water, blue sky and white sandy beach. Freshly redecorated in natural tones of soft blues, greens and tans flow from the outside colors of the beach, water and sky that you see from all these rooms. There are new wood floors throughout and no carpet. The private balcony with panoramic views has new furniture, chaise and umbrella.
The spacious master bedroom has new king bed, flat-screen TV, vaulted ceiling and private marble bathroom with new walk-in shower. The unit also features a separate alcove area with desk. Amenities include: 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, blue tooth Bose sound; shelves in den of books and paperbacks for your reading pleasure; an extremely well equipped kitchen with many new items. Also the large utility closet is filled with inflatable beach toys, beach cart, games, puzzles, iron/ironing board, clothes drying rack/clothes pins all for your use and convenience.

Pleasant stay

Property was clean, beach was wonderful. Dinner at Maison blanche was unbelievable so we highly recommend that while staying here. Very enjoyable time for the group of 4 we had.

Awesome Property with Great Views

This was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our visit so much and wish we could have stayed longer. Our unit was clean and had a great view of the ocean from the patio. We could walk to the beach in a few minutes.

Amazing views

The condo was perfect for our family beach trip. Very roomy, great amenities, and the amazing views. We loved sitting on the balcony or in the sitting room looking at the beach and ocean. And the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. Already looking to stay there again next year.

Great place!

We visited last weekend - old friends from high school! Had a great time! Condo had everything needed to make for a very enjoyable trip! Balcony was shaded in the afternoon so you were able to enjoy the view without burning up! Would definitely stay again! Beds weren’t particularly comfortable, but not worth giving this place anything but 5 stars because of everything else!

Longboat Key July '23

This was a wonderful and comfortable place to be for a week. Property and amenities were as described. Guests / owner in other units were pleasant. Staff was helpful; check in and check out were extremely simple. We enjoyed the ability to prepare breakfast and lunches at the property and get on the beach early and easily each day. Excellent experience.

A perfect set up for our needs!

My Mom really cannot travel alone anymore and this condo was perfect! My 3 siblings and I each rotated down to Fla to be with Mom while she enjoyed a long lovely holiday. We all got to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, the sunny patio, the comfy TV nook and the convenient alcove where we each set up our own 'office'. Phil, the owner was extremely responsive. The staff was friendly, the grounds beautiful and the beach so proximate. We will definitely be back!

Spring break in Longboat Key

Our family enjoyed a few days at this lovely condo! The view is wonderful from the patio. We loved being steps away from the beach. The beach loungers included by the resort we’re a nice amenity, as well as the umbrella in the unit. Condo was clean and the office staff were so friendly and helpful. We went to Armand’s circle (I think it’s called) two nights, fun shopping and dining. We’d never stayed in Longboat and I’d go back. It’s quieter than many beach areas. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A very special place!

My friends and I spent five nights in this water-front unit, and we found it to be excellent in all categories. The property description and photographs are spot on, and the office staff are very helpful. The kitchen is well-furnished; the two living room areas are comfortable and well-appointed with good lamps, pillows, and coffee tables; and the balcony is where you want to be for every sunset. The view is wonderful. The beach is steps away and there are comfortable lounge chairs for guests to use. When you leave the beach there are showers to wash off sandy feet. The pool is especially nice because the water is warm and there are plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. The grounds are extremely well-groomed, and there are luggage carts for taking suitcases up the elevator to the 3rd floor. Thank you, Philip and Joy, for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. In a nutshell, this property is fantastic! You will love Longboat Key. Best, Margo

Great Longboat Stay

First break of the year

Husband and I only get one vacation a year together so we like it to be relaxing and ocean side. Marco Island is another favorite. The condo has fantastic unobstructed views of the ocean and everything you would need inside. It was clean, comfy and close to anything you would want!

Spring Break 2023

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We came to the condo after spending a few days at Disney World. So, we were ready for some rest and relaxation, and that is exactly what we got. The condo was clean and stocked with everything that we needed for our time there. The view and location are incredible. Also, the property office was great to work with and the owner of the condo provided prompt and clear communication. We are wanting to make this a recurring vacation spot for our family and look forward to our next stay.

Our only problem with the unit is that the second bedroom was very small. The bed is so close to the closet it is very difficult to access and the second bathroom is not connected to the bedroom. These issues were manageable, just would have like to know in advance. We would definitely stay there again. The resort itself is very nice. We drove a short distance to Coquina Beach and grab the trolley to spend the afternoon in Anna Maria. For us Long Boat Key was a good choice, much less built up.

The renovated condo has everything one might need for a getaway—beach umbrellas, towels, coolers, paddle boards, tennis racquets, etc as well as a modern newly updated kitchen, new wood floors throughout, newly renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower, new king bed in master. The unit has HD cable TV, blue tooth sound and internet access so you can connect with the world if needed.
Just steps away from the gorgeous, well-maintained, uncrowded beach. There is a paved trail right across the street for a safe walk or run before hitting the beach for the day.
The location provides easy access to a superb Publix grocery store, shops, numerous restaurants of all levels and parks.
It's a short drive to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants as well as downtown Sarasota.
