This top floor, 2 bedroom unit is only a few steps away from Shoal Bay Beach. Watch the dolphins, soak up the view, wander across the road for a swim. This is beach holiday heaven.

Featuring an open plan lounge / dining room, modern kitchen (all with views) and an outdoor entertaining dining area that you will never want to leave! The master bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom a tri-bunk. A modern bathroom completes this well maintained unit.

All linen and bath towels are provided with beds made for your arrival.

Only a 3 minute walk to Shoal Bay Country Club and 5 minutes to cafes and the Shoal Bay IGA.

The balcony space also acts as access from the front staircase to the rear apartment(s), there is also a staircase at the rear of the property. The laundry is a shared space located on the ground level (there is no clothes dryer provided).

Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

It was a great spot. Very clean with an amazing view.

Great place. However even though there is a lock up garage we didn't have access so I had to lug both kids bikes up 6 flights of stairs multiple times a day as there was no where safe to store them. A key should be given for the garage

Overall a wonderful stay despite the weather. Our unit was up 48 stairs which was exhausting at times. Also no wifi which at this price and day and age is unexpected and really not acceptable

Perfect weekend Getaway with amazing views

This is a great little apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better water view location. Shoal Bay is lovely. The apartment is a good size with modern appliances and fixtures. Bathroom is a little small but sufficient. The only downfall with this property is the bed in the master bedroom. Might be in need of a better mattress.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was great. The experience we had with raine and Horne/ bay holidays wasn’t. First problem was that I was told the apartment had lock up garage access and was the only reason why we booked this unit and didn’t book any other along shoal bay road. Then I receive an email a few days before checking saying we could not use it under any circumstances. Next thing was we checked in on a Sunday and was told that I would receive a text message with the code for the key box right on check in time. We never received that code. I had my elderly parents with me wanting to get out of the hot sun and use the toilets but we couldn’t. My husband had to end up guessing the code, as we couldn’t find an emergency contact number. Turns out there is we were told this by raine and Horne when I made a complaint on their Facebook page... but not on a mobile site and our phones wouldn’t support the normal web page for bay holidays so how was I meant to contact them? If you decide to stay here please make sure it’s during business hours and get in writing you have access to the garage.
