The Space:
With 180 degree views of Point Roadknight and the Bass Straight, you can do that to your hearts content. This house has all the trimmings of a cosy beach house and with enough space to sleep 9 people, you can bring the whole family. The open plan living, dining area has a flat screen, surround sound TV with DVD player. The big slow combustion wood heater will keep you warm in the cooler times. The living area opens out onto a large deck through sliding doors where there is a picnic table and chairs for you to further enjoy your 180 degree views of Point Roadknight and the Bass Straight. The downstairs rumpus room with table tennis table, adjoining bedroom and bathroom with a second lounge area make it the perfect home for families with kids or teenagers. All of this and you're only a short walk to the beach and the world famous Great Ocean Road. This property is not suitable for pets as it does not have a secure fenced yard.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservations.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text that gives you the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
