Toro is such a gem and a perfect place to stay for a family reunion with a range of ages. The cousins spent hours playing pickleball and swimming in the heated pool. The creek is idyllic and deer occasionally roam through the backyard. House is stocked with games and the patios are perfect for reading. Jake was responsive and kind.

My group and I had an amazing stay! Jake was an incredible host and answered all my questions I had prior to booking and was also super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The house was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and we had zero issues. We wish we could’ve stayed longer because the property had so much to enjoy. The location was perfect and the home had everything we needed (and more). 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed property. Easy communication with the host. Our group of 11 women had plenty of space to spread out in the common areas, and we absolutely loved lounging outside whether in the pool, hot tub, fire pit, or patio area.

This property is really special. The neighborhood is one of Austin's finest, and the enormous lot upon which the home is situated is beautiful. Inside, the home is spacious and well appointed. I would not hesitate to book another visit to the Toro Canyon beauty!

Great stay with plenty of amenities

The property was in great condition and in a good location to downtown. The pool and basketball court were excellent as well. The garage was the best part. Very fun for a big gathering.

Jake's property was immaculate. He was extremely accommodating and communicative. The property was spotless and just like the pictures. Lake Austin weekend!

Great house! Great host! Everything we needed at our fingertips, comfy beds, and awesome shower in master bath! Outdoor kitchen, ice maker, wine fridge, fire pit, pool, hot tub, you name it. We loved it. Easy Uber or lyft access anywhere.

We had the best weekend staying at this wonderful property! We booked it for a college girls reunion weekend and everything was spectacular! The host was super communicative and not only had all the house info laid out over email and in a binder, but he also had thorough local recommendations. The house itself was phenomenal. So clean and beautifully decorated. There were 5 rooms and each was spacious enough for 2 (or more) guests, and perfectly outfitted. Bed were comfortable, linens were high quality, and bathrooms were well stocked. The Kitchen had all the appliances and amenities we could need. The outdoor space was lovely and honestly even more than the property description outlines. There was a basketball court that could also turn to a pickleball court (and they even had racquets and balls). The pool was warm and sunny, there were 2 outdoor living areas both with TVs! There is a playset and trampoline perfect for children, and even a charming creek at the bottom of the property perfect for exploring. We had the best weekend and I wish every rental property was as fabulous as this one!

"Our stay at Toro Canyon in Austin, Texas, was amazing. The property was immaculate, and the host was friendly and attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed the heated and cooled pool, basketball court, in-ground trampoline, and spent many nights around the fire pit making s'mores or enjoying a glass of wine. Although we encountered minor issues with one of the appliances, the host promptly resolved them, ensuring our comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it for a family getaway. We definitely plan to rent this property again!”

Awesome Austin Accommodations

We had friends and family take a trip to Austin for the UT football game and Pearl Jam concert. Ages ran from 2 yrs old to 50+ and everyone had a great time. We never left except to go to our events. There was enough there to keep everyone happy and occupied. I will definitely book there again. The house is even better in person!

The outdoor spaces at this property were exceptional. The pool was large enough to swim laps. Our six adults, two teens and three elementary school children used it as our primary form of entertainment for three days. Yet, the pool table and game room TV were also a source of entertainment. There are many additional amenities that make this property luxurious.
