My family and I have stayed at this cabin for several years in a row now. It is always a nice trip. The cabin is clean and exactly as advertised. The location is great and we always see lots of deer, so the kids love that. I would recommend!
Cabin was nice. Area was great! Lots of deer on the drive in. Nice and relaxing sitting on the porch when it was raining. Driveway was steep but doable. Plenty of room at the top of the driveway to turn around before heading back down.
Bedrooms were all upstairs and did not see that in the listing. Steps were steep and with wife recovering from knee surgery, would have caused me to look elsewhere.
With the fact that the home is not occupied all the time, there were big black ants and spiders in the home. Not infested with them but present inside.
Driveway was ok... would ask that the transition from the gravel to concrete be smoothed to allow for better ups and downs the driveway.
Also, property is in a gated community and I was required to sign an additional agreement, provide list of members in party, and copy of drivers license. This was also not on the listing.
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin . The location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay . My family especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the birds! Will highly recommend this cabin to anyone !
We rented the cabin for4 nights 5days it was peaceful and quiet the driveway is steep but we had no problem going up it. The cabin was really nice and cozy . The only thing is that it advertised that it had a fireplace which turned out to be wood stove not a actual fireplace so it was a little misleading as far the fireplace that is actually a small wood stove. There was very little wood up there to use in the wood stove or the fire pit. .My suggestion would be if anyone that likes a fireplace is to make sure it's an actual fire place and To bring your own wood to burn because there was very little to burn in the wood stove or the burn pit.. The deer are very scared of any kind movement but they did come around we had to feed them to get to see them on the property. They were very pretty if you got a chance to see them eating without scaring them away .. But owers were very nice and helpful as far the contract for leasing out t he cabin .They really worked really well with me to lease the cabin .And ever got a chance to go back to that cabin I would though it was just a little misleading like the fireplace which was a small wood stove. I would like to visit that cabin again it was very peaceful and quiet .The cabin is very pretty on the inside. It's perfect for 2 people to live there to be away from noise and traffic of everyday life .
Nice, secluded cabin in the mountains. Everything was great. Getting in and out of the entrance gate was slightly annoying, but wasn’t that big of a deal. I would stay here again.

Horrible driveway entrance
Horrible driveway. Very very steep. Car slid went down embankment- didn't roll over but could have. Spent $450getting car out..that is minus repairs. Cottage not clean -buggy poor outside lighting for location.
Off my list!!
This property is exactly what you expect with a mountain cabin. Porch with rocking chairs, firepit and deer greeting you during morning coffee if you're in the right place at the right time!!
We had a girls Christmas weekend and really enjoyed staying at this property. It's beautiful and lots of wildlife. The cabin was very cozy and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!
We absolutely loved our stay and will be staying again soon. We had over 50 deer who greeted us upon our arrival. It was secluded and exactly what we were looking for.
Cabin was clean and cozy! Property managers were easy and delightful to work with. Steep driveway up to cabin since it is on a hilltop. Wilderness all around!
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin for a quick getaway weekend and to check out the Coosawattee area. Cabin had everything we needed. Loved to sit outside around the fire pit and listen to the birds and enjoy the peacefulness. Especially loved the deer and lightning bugs!
This secluded cabin in the woods was just what we needed for a weekend family getaway! We really enjoyed the fire pit area and front porch rockers. Around the cabin is very level and well kept so kids could run and play safely. Steep driveway, as listed. Drive is grooved concrete and our Honda Odyssey made it up ok, though I was really happy my husband was driving!
We left the warm, flat, straight roads of Florida & headed to the picturesque scenery of N. GA. Our cabin was perfect for a grandma, mom, 2 boys, & a Berniedoodle! We spent time in Blue Ridge, hiked to the Swinging Bridge over the Toccoa River, went to McCaysville to put one foot in TN and one foot in GA! Had pizza at Mystic Mountain Pizza, which was great for the kids! Visited friends in the Morganton area. Created great memories! We also ate way too much homemade fudge! Perfect area for a family getaway. Feel like we've made new friends through our communication with our most accommodating & easily accessible hosts.
What a great trip!
