Great pool and gym over looking the bay! 5 Bedroom 4 Bath home overlooking the Bay. Everything updated as of June 2025. New 85” Samsung tv with surround in living room. Two car Garage with lower and upper decks in back of property with view of the bay. All bedrooms will have 55" Series 6 TCL TV's with built in Roku.
All beds will be comfortable pillow top mattresses for the ultra-sleep experience. Bedrooms are large and spacious and very private. There are three master bedrooms with own bath. one other bathroom between middle 2nd floor bedrooms. Large walk-in closets in the master bedrooms.
Property is in a premier development! Boat slips are available, and also kayaking.

Family Getaway

For our annual family trip this home was perfect for our needs! The house was clean and the host was ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. The pool was excellent for the small children in our group (1-6 years old). We would recommend staying here with any family or larger group.

Everything was as described and there were no disappointments with this rental. Property is kept in excellent condition and very comfortable and convenient. Drive to the beach is 7 minutes and we had no difficulty finding a parking space. Great restaurants and grocery store within 1-4 miles.

OMG!

We recently stayed in this beautifully appointed home and loved it! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchen tools. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the bay was nice and sitting on the back deck was very relaxing! There were several “extras” that we usually don’t find in rentals like waters, ziplock bags, foil and 6 bicycles to just name a few. We had a terrific time and the neighborhood, community pool and gym were easy to access and nice. Bernie was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

2nd year staying at this beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and so relaxing. The pool is beautiful overlooking the bay with a little private beach. We spent a lot of time on the decks which also have a water view. And to make it even more perfect, the beds are super comfortable! Host is awesome!

We have vacationed at Delaware beaches many times over the years. This property was the best place we ever stayed at. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, and close to everything, grocery stores - beaches- boardwalk- etc, and the pool was an added bonus. In addition, the covered decks overlooking the bay were a favorite gathering spot.

Can’t say enough about this beautiful home, the area and the host. Beautiful spacious home with wonderful amenities and very clean. We had 8 adults and 2 babies, everyone had a nice space and we loved the deck and view. The pool is really nice with a spectacular view. Look forward to vacationing here again.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family of ten. The 3 en-suite bedrooms for the adults and accommodations for the kids was great. Bernie made sure to have plenty of essentials available and was quick to provide answers to all our questions. The community pool and short drive to the beaches were exactly what we hoped for. Bernie was an amazing host! The house was amazing way more beautiful than the pictures. The house was welcoming like home. The details and decor were super cute. Bernie’s house had everything you need for an extended beach stay. Appliances, beach equipment, bikes, sheets, towels, washcloths, covers etc. galore! The beds were comfortable. The views were breath taking. TVs were huge. The community was amazing the community pools was clean and well maintained. The neighbors were sweet. The house was very convenient to the beach about a 9 minute drive to Fenwick Island 20 minutes to Bethany Beach 15 minutes to Ocean City Boardwalk. I plan to return for a longer stay each summer moving forward. Thank you Bearnow for everything!

Our family loved the stay at this beautiful and spotless vacation home. Great location, near Ocean City, MD and Bethany Beach. Amazing host provided plenty essential items, such as toilet paper, bath and hand soaps, trash bags, etc which made it convenient for our big group. He even left us plenty of water to help us get started. Everyone enjoyed the large, resort style pool. The host is easy to work with. We would definitely return! Thanks Bernard!

Great house and wonderful community

I expected a nice house and great vacation but the house and stay greatly exceeded all my expectations. The layout, decor and amenities of the home was absolutely 100% great there was nothing I would change or ask to be included, whatever the top rating would be, this is it plus. The community pool was large with plenty of space for all and small beach was great, the children and adults loved going to both. The other guests and residents of the community were outgoing and extremely friendly, anyone would be thrilled to call them neighbors. We had such a great and memorable time as a family together, really special to all of us and the home helped to make it so!

Fenwick family Vacation

We are a family of 10 people. This house was perfect for us. There are 3 master suites perfect for 3 adult couples! The two other bedrooms were perfect for the 4 children. The house was clean and comfortable and well supplied. We enjoyed the outside porch area as well. The pool is within walking distance and was perfect for the whole family. The beach, restaurants, stores are all within minutes away. The owner is extremely responsive and we had all our questions answered immediately. We would have no problems recommending this beautiful house.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

I cannot say enough great things about this vacation home and the owner. We have rented different homes in Fenwick Island for the past 8 years and this place and the host by far has been the best! Bernie is an excellent host from the quick responses to providing everything you need which means less packing for the traveler. Even though we were staying at the beach, our family enjoyed a lot of time in the house or out on the deck with the beautiful view. Which is really a first for us. We utilized the provided bikes as well. The amount of seating in the dining area, living area and deck was plentiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here in the future.

Hidden Gem

The pictures and description of the property do not do it justice. The house is beautiful, luxurious, and spacious. When we arrived the house was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. Bernie had already provided toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, and even had some body soap if you forgot it. He spared no expense when furnishing the home. From high end appliances to amazing mattresses and bedding the property was truly a step up from most beach rentals. The grill was nearly new and was a dream to cook on. He had nearly all of the cookware needed for any meal. The only thing I would recommend bringing is a steam pot and crab hammers if you are planning on having a crab boil. Bernie even had a high end waffle maker to use. He had 4 adult and 2 childrens bikes and 8 beach chairs which was great because I didn't have to haul any of that stuff. The development is beautiful and quiet, and the pool is amazing. It is huge with shallow parts for the little ones and more than enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. In terms of location, it is about a 5 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Fenwick and about 20 minutes into Bethany. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away, and I highly recommend hitting up Grab and Go Tacos in Fenwick. Overall Bernie was great to work with and the accommodations were top notch. I would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. Also, I forgot to mention the view from the back deck. Having coffee every morning overlooking the bay is not to shabby. Thanks Bernie!

We were 6 adults including me and my husband, his two sisters, my brother in law , and a cousin. The house worked out great for us. It was great that there were four bedrooms with good sized beds . Each room could have its own bathroom since we did not use the “kids” room with bunk beds. We lived the pool. I was able tow swim laps . I also enjoyed having the gym. The house is within 2 miles of Fenwick Island beach and 20 to 30 minute to Ocean City, MD and the same distance in another direction to Bethany Beach. There are lots of great restaurants near by. One day we went to see the wild horses in Assateague Island. It was great. I highly recommend. Bernard was very responsive to questions . He was very accommodating. House was nicely supplied with essentials. Each room has a smart Tv that allows streaming from Paramount.

AWESOME PLACE AND LOCATION

THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL AND FACILITIES THAT ARE ON THE PROPERTY FOR GUESTS TO ENJOY ARE A NICE ADD. POOL, CLUBHOUSE, SMALL BEACH AND A NICELY EQUIPED GYM ARE ALL TOP NOTCH. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE HOME ITSELF. VERY CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPED. WE HAD A LOT OF RAIN DURING OUR STAY, BUT THE HOME IS SO BIG AND SPACIOUS, WITH COVERED PORCHES, WE COULD STILL ENJOY OURSELVES. ALSO BERNIE IS GREAT AND JUST A TEXT OR PHONE CALL AWAY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!
