Emerson State park 1 mile away on island. Bradenton 10 minutes, Sarasota 20 minutes, St. Petersburg 30 minutes away.

Len, inventor of The Tundra Buggy, resided in Manitoba Canada most of his life. He used his invention to take many people on expeditions to view and photograph Polar Bears. Bev is one of the founders and the current VP/Treasurer for Everglades Angels Dog Rescue, an all volunteer charity that rehabilitates and rehomes badly abused dogs dumped in the Everglades.

Why they chose this property

It was love at first sight when we saw this property. The island is so peaceful. No traffic and crowds. We love animals and this was the perfect place for them to play. Great fishing and beautiful sunsets.
