WIFI, flat screen 32" HDTV with extended cable. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Direct, private beach trail access. Great location for extended family fun when rented with Copacetic just across the street. Room to park a boat. 2 night minimum rates available in Value/Spring and 3 night minimum in Resort Seasons. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. No Smoking. No Pets.. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM.

overall it was nice -the lighting wasn't great in the house in the house

Overall Nice -great view of the ocean but was disappointed with the lighting and only 2 TV one in main living area and 1 in master bedroom

Kingfisher Review

While the property is a bit run down and could use a little TLC in places, the location is fabulous right on the beach. The division of the space inside was great for multiple families with a kitchen, dining area, living area and 4 bedrooms with 2 jack-and-jill bathrooms. There was plenty of parking for all our cars. The renters provided chairs, boogie boards, grill, and other items. All in all, it was a perfect place for us.

The house needs some TLC.

Clean the windows, fix the windows...none worked. Fix locks and doors, both old and difficult to open and/or unlock. We encountered a lot of large bugs. Very dusty....the air vent is covered in a lot of caked on dust and there is caked on dust in all the corners and ceiling, etc. Bathroom needs updating.
