The common area walkway has seating outside your front door. Take advantage of the side view of the Gulf or walk downstairs to relax and enjoy the beach. The outdoor swimming area and adjacent spa tub is quite nice. You will be near area restaurants, shopping and entertainment areas.

This updated condo includes a queen-sized bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. A fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer enable you to attend to your family's vacation needs while still saving money!
