has so many things to offer like
2 pools (1 heated in the winter/fall)
Private beach access

You can even fish at the bay on the pier at the back near the playground area!
Take a ride around Venture Out on the Golf cart , kids love it as well!
You can also ride it to the pools and across the street to the beach!
