Clean and great location

Perfect location in a more quiet area but not to far from everything you want to do and lots of great food places. We loved sitting on the balcony and walking the beach each morning and at night. Very clean beach area too.

We stayed at this beautiful place, July 2022. The check in was easy and owner is absolutely wonderful! We have been coming to OCMD for a long time now and it is very hard to find a beautiful, updated and CLEAN place to vacation in down here anymore. Thankful we found this condo and had a great week. We had a little issue with the air conditioner but the owner responded quickly, handled it and did everything to accommodate us. Which we were very appreciative of. Overall, we would stay here a million times over again. You won’t be disappointed!

This Salty Sands condo is clean, updated, and well equipped! The location is fantastic! Easy access to the beach, great restaurants, and the bay! The owner is WONDERFUL! Very accommodating! Linen service is a great bonus. You will be able to relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay at this great Salty Sands condo!

The location is great. The condo is cute & clean. The owner of the condo responded immediately to a problem and was very nice. The only real issue we had was the pull out couch. It is very uncomfortable. It really is not suitable for sleeping on.

This property was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated! We had parking passes to underground parking which was an added bonus. It was in a great, quiet location and suited us perfectly for our long weekend get away. We would definitely stay here again.
