Extremely Private Home with a Breathtaking View!
You will fall in love with this private home, on 20 acres in the woods! There is a great view of the pond from the front porch where wildlife visits frequently!
We are 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, 12-15 minutes from Churchill Downs. The house is only 4 miles from I-65.
There are 3 bedrooms all with king beds, and 3 different living areas with couches. We have a pool table in the loft and a small gym in the basement with a TV, media player and Google Chrome Cast. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and any small appliance you can think of; deep fryer, crock pots, instant pot, juicer, blender, food processor, etc.
Perfect for a weekend to relax or go out on the town! This house is truly country living with city convenience.
