With 2 living areas to choose from, makes this house so comfortable for you, your children and any visitors who want to pop in for a day or two.
The front lounge offers lovely couches to relax and listen to your music, tv, dvd or video. Then, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with all new appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and electric cooking appliances. There are also split systems throughout the house to ensure your comfort.
Extend the living area by opening up the stacked glass doors to the outdoor decked area with dining setting, sun lounges and bistro blinds.
Also offered at this property are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, laundry with washing machine, an outdoor entertaining area with bbq, outdoor setting and outdoor heater, and a double garage. This property accommodates 12 people.
Please note that the fireplace is not useable for guests

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
