Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, enjoying breakfast around the table or unwinding with afternoon drinks at the bar, you’ll love this peaceful outdoor space. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and stovetop, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living area is comfortably furnished with a TV and DVD player, a split system for heating and cooling and a dining table that seats six—perfect for family meals or group gatherings.

There are three bedrooms to accommodate your group: the main bedroom includes a queen bed along with built-in robes and an ensuite, the second bedroom features a double bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of single bunks—ideal for kids or additional guests.

The property is pet friendly and is fully fenced, offering a secure and private yard that features ample off-street parking behind the fence - ideal for children and pets.

Please note: Linen is NOT included with your booking, guests are asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
