Our modern, comfortable 3 bedroom house has much to offer for your next family holiday. With its central location you are close to shops, restaurants and RSL. A 10 minute stroll will find you in the heart of main street Cowes and the lovely front beach.

Featuring a great north facing deck to enjoy a morning coffee or bbq dinner, with outdoor setting, umbrella and bocce pitch (balls provided) built into the garden.

Inside, immaculate open plan living finds lounge, dining and kitchen areas with stainless steel appliances. Main bedroom with ensuite, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and main bathroom with corner bath.

The "hide away" laundry has a washing machine for your convenience.

Other features include: tv, dvd, Stereo/CD Player, board games, kids toys, microwave, dishwasher and panel heating.

Strictly no animals. No smoking inside

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

Gardens were not maintained so wildlife was constantly running over the roof from overgrown trees. No heating in bedrooms and no supplied linen. Having come up with a young family this wasn't a very pleasant stay.

Spacious stylish and well-equipped
Our family of four stayed here for three nights in the winter school holidays. It was an excellent spot both for chilling out and as a base for exploring the island. The house was cool, it's always nice to stay somewhere a bit different. It was well equipped, the kitchen especially had everything we needed - we always appreciate a quality kitchen knife! It would be great to stay in the summer and make more use of the bocce court and treehouse outside, too. P.S the algorithm for approving reviews is faulty, as it has asked me to 'work on' my review because it contains promotional content. Whatever it thinks that is! Feel free to use the above review but I won't be spending any more time editing it!

Ideal for young families
This property was perfect for our kids. We have a 4yo and a 2.5yo, and the toys and backyard were so entertaining for them. The house is much bigger than you would expect from the listing and is split into two quarters. The only downside was not having wifi - I did not pick up in the listing that this was not included so it was a bit of a surprise when we arrived.

Great place for family holiday
Great design for 2 families with young children as there are 2 wings and a central living area. Awesome outside play area for young kids (though we had babies and they were too little to enjoy what was on offer). Great toys for little ones inside. Very comfortable space.
