Sleep max: 3. Updated with hardwood flooring and cool, enjoyable A/C and heat. If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Free WiFi, toaster oven, two-burner range top (no oven), coffee maker, microwave, blender, full-size refrigerator, Smart Streaming TV, CD player, comfortable, relaxing queen bed, and daybed. Towels are provided; please bring towels for the beach and pool. The Braemar Condominiums is a no-pets-allowed community. Very clean and comfortable. Fully furnished. Ground level. Walk right out to the pool and barbecue area. Slider to private deck and spacious backyard. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
Close to the National Seashore, great Cape Cod beaches, bike trails, historic Highland Lighthouse, and golf course. Easily stroll to Provincetown.

Nice and clean

This was a very nice stay, everything was very clean and the experience was very relaxed. Ptown was only a 10 minute drive away and several beaches were only minutes away. The only issue we had was that the TV did not work.

The tvs need to be reprogrammed from so many people using them. I checked the TV and it is working. Wish you came to the office so we could fix it.

Excellent property and location

We had numerous other family members staying in North Truro but greatly appreciated having our own private space at night. The unit was spotless, management was available when needed, and we would definitely consider returning. The liberal change/cancellation policy was also greatly appreciated since we did need to make a change to the dates of our stay due to work obligations. Highly recommended!

Great weekend getaway

We had a lovely quiet spring weekend at the Braemar! The condo was updated and clean. It was a short drive to the beach as well as Truro Vineyards and Provincetown! Maurice was very accommodating of our late check in and very helpful with recommendations of where to eat and explore.
