The Space:

This great little beach house has instant appeal from the moment you step in the door. With an abundance of windows and light, the open floor plan has excellent flow and energy.



From the living, dining and kitchen these rooms overlook the very private and established garden with a lovely large lawn. With 3 bedrooms, a centrally located bathroom and external additional laundry with toilet.



There is a wood heater centrally located which makes this a very cosy home in the winter and the hardwood floors throughout are rich in colour adding character and warmth. The north facing backyard and huge timber decking over 2 levels, one partially under cover making this a real attraction for entertaining and relaxing, excellent for capturing the sunshine and sea breeze.



Prime Anglesea location, this position is highly sought after with its walking distance to everything making this a super convenient spot. All amenities are just around the corner including local shops, cafes, restaurants, river, beach, bowling club, tennis courts & coastal walking tracks to Point Addis. The overall presentation will suit anyone wanting to feel like home away from home, with generous space and garden for the grand parents to mind the kids. Positioned opposite a nature reserve enhancing the privacy and appeal of this street.

This property was a great place to stay for the weekend. Very clean and amenities excellent. Close to shops which you can walk to. just off the great ocean road so easy access to other areas. 3 bedrooms and big backyard.

Great location but needs work

The place needs a bit of work and a proper clean. The pictures always look better than what you actually see. The gardens are very overgrown & need some care. Blinds don’t work properly, shower needs updating & the side gate wouldn’t close so it was banging all night in the wind. But a great space with lots of room for a group

Comfortable, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. 2nd toilet came in handy. Made use of the little firepit. The location was much better than expected. 5 min easy (not steep) walk to main shopping and cafe area, 10 min walk to river mouth/beach, 2 min walk to access the coastal and heathland walks where we saw a wallaby and a smattering of wildflowers in April. Would book again.

Relaxing weekend away

Great accommodation with a fabulous beach holiday feel. Location is spot on, close to absolutely everything! And the outdoor area, with deck, large yard and fire pit, was perfect to enjoy in the sunshine and relax. Highly recommend!

Family circuit break

We found the house very clean and tidy. In a great location near the local beach and shops as well as very easy driving distance to all the other beaches and waterfalls we were after. A simple and relaxing rest we needed.

Gorgeous house in a terrific location.

Gorgeous house in a terrific location. Very clean and great furnishings/appliances. Property manager was very efficient with a solution when we had to call them about a beeping smoke alarm. We had a wonderful holiday here and will come back again.
