This home has it all! If you enjoy nature, relaxation, and breathtaking water views then this rental is for you! Enjoy stunning sunsets with unobstructed bay views from the deck, living room, dining room, and two master bedroom suites. This home also features an ocean view from the second floor deck. High end interior features include hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and upscale kitchen and bathrooms. Relax and unwind in luxury as you spend time on a quiet and serene part of the island. You are within a short walk to the beach, library, “Fish Alley”, restaurants, playground, and other shopping. This home offers four bedrooms and a bonus room that can sleep 12. Master suite 1 offers top floor view, queen bed, double sink, and full tub with shower. Master suite 2 features a king bed, double sink, and large tile shower. The second master is spacious enough for a pack & play or an inflatable mattress, if desired. Both master suites face the bay. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom features a pyramid bunk bed with trundle underneath. The top bunk bed is a single, bottom bunk bed is full, and the hidden trundle is a single. This kid friendly room features an Xbox One, complete with games. The newly finished bonus room has a sleeper sofa, 49" LED TV, recliner, dresser and ping pong table . 32” flat screen TV’s are in each bedroom and larger flat screen TV’s are in the living and bonus rooms. The home is equipped with high speed internet & cable, gas grills, new deck furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Kuerig and gas range, new microwave, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, newly installed central AC units, two zone heating, ceiling fans, garage with bikes, side by side refrigerator, additional storage, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. There is a fully enclosed outside shower with a fenced in, private back yard! The driveway parks two cars with additional street parking. Two blocks from the beach, centrally located on the island and has ocean view from 2nd floor deck.

Perfect Shore Getaway Location

This beach home is beautiful with a location hard to beat! Beautiful views of the bay from the decks and just a 3 block walk to the beach. Also an easy walk to the restaurants in downtown Sea Isle. The location allows for easy, accessible parking. The house was very clean and well decorated. The backyard grill was convenient. Also a huge perk that they provided 10 beach chairs. Thank you, Troy and Suzanne!

Bay View Beauty

The Property is situated facing the Bay. The two sided wraparound decks are wonderful for morning coffee and evening relaxing while watching the native birds. The property itself was well maintained with plenty of extras for fun beach and city exploring. Many bikes, beach chairs, a beach wagon and many other fun beach items are there for your use. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware for most needs to prepare family meals. I would recommend this property for a great family beach vacation.

Perfect, all it was missing was a Jacuzzi!

Their home looked better than the pictures, Beautiful, secluded even though its on a crowded island, you didn't know it. it looks new and move in ready. They were very generous with supplying chairs and bikes, these were nice bikes. It will be very hard to go home. Thanks so much for a wonderful time. Only suggestion is the 4th bedroom has 2 box springs instead of 2 mattresses. Was not comfortable for adults to sleep on therefore the property does not sleep 12 people. The game room(pull out bed) does not have access to the main house. In most cases this would not be a big deal unless you have children present.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

Stayed here with a group of friends for Labor Day and had the BEST time! The house is within blocks of the beach and close to all of the fun bars and restaurants that Sea Isle has to offer. Highly reccomend this rental.

This property was fantastic. It has everything you need for a successful beach trip and plenty to do on rainy days! The views are fantastic, it is very well sized, and the owners are beyond accommodating. You never have to worry about a lack of communication with these owners!

Great house, good location ,quiet neighborhood. Kitchen could have been better stocked as far as larger bowls and platters. Owners were very pleasant to deal with, responded immediately to questions. Well stocked as far as beach chairs, bikes. Beach wagon was very useful!

Beautiful property.

We loved this home and it had everything we needed. It was beautiful and clean. The garage was stocked with everything that was promised. We watched fireworks right from the deck and it was amazing. You won't be disappointed with this property.

This property features breathtaking views that is centrally located to everything on the island. It offers views that does not compare to other wetland/bay homes. This home is also at the end of the street which affords the luxury of peace and quiet during your stay. We are in walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

What makes this property unique

Kayak Boat Launching from JFK Bridge and 54th Street Beach just two blocks from the house. A new Kayak Launching dock is scheduled to be completed for the 2020 season and will be located at 58th street.
