Friendly, Easy, Convenient

The owners were pleasant and made the whole process easy. From the one minute reservation, through check in easy access, to recommendations in the easy to use app, finely decorated, and super clean, this was a spectacular place to stay and made my trip a perfect mini vay day. The three stars in location is temporary construction, and will remedy itself soon.

We had a group of 8 guys stay here and everyone loved it. Everything was clean and the instructions for everything were clear and smooth. The rooftop had a great view of the city. Uber rides to Broadway and other fun areas were quick and we were able to walk to Marathon Village, which has some cool shops and places to drink and eat. We were even within range of getting Prince's Hot Chicken via Uber Eats, so that was great. We'd definitely come back here if we came back to Nashville!

Great Time in Nashville

This property worked well for us. We were a quick Uber ride from all the events we attended. Chandler was great to work with. If you plan on cooking, there is no grill so luckily we had an iron skillet to cook our steaks on. We enjoyed it so much, we already have our reservation made for next year! Thanks

Bachelorette (Party of 9)

The property was gorgeous - just fantastic for our group of 9 women traveling from out of state for a bachelorette party for 3 nights (stayed Friday-Monday). I wouldn't call us rowdy, but I also wouldn't say we we're quiet and we had no problems (we picked the location specifically because there were no restrictions on quiet hours while many other locations had requirements). We used the property as our home base and found it a convenient Lyft from most things, while walking distance to the Farmer's Market and Marathon Village! There was plenty of closet space for everyone to hang all their weekend attire and the multiple levels allowed some folks to recuperate in quiet while others made a ruckus on the main floor. The master shower was a group favorite and the place was quite and setback from any main streets while right by the highway. We had no problem cooling all our drinks in the fridge (and there were a lot!) or keeping the place cold despite the heat of our July-August weekend with temps in the high 90s and a heat index of 105 one day. We used the roofdeck one night while it was cooler and it was spacious and the fire pit was great to have on. The other units along the street mostly appeared to be VRBOs as well, so folks were using the rooftops alike for gatherings (with music playing but not audible over your own, which we did turn off after 10). Great sunset views of downtown. We made the mistake of not bringing in the patio cushions before a thunderstorm but luckily we were able to dry them the following day for use the same night (but they did need to be drained since they acted like sponges). The check out process was also great - we were able to store out luggage in the garage till 3 after a late check out at noon (until our departure for the airport) because of the hosts' flexibility (thanks Chandler!). Everything was per the photos with only a couple minor blemishes on the property overall which the host was in the process of having repaired (curtain off the hook and a crack in a glass chandelier) from frequent use but everything functioned perfectly fine! It was especially great to have in unit laundry. One tip for the location - be sure you type in and tell deliveries that you're 12 North (2 of our deliveries went to 12 S, even though we were clear - so heads up!). The alley to the garage is narrow & on the steep side so heads up if you're driving. Overall it was perfect for our group and we all agreed - we would rent again!

Absolutely Amazing Time!

Given the circumstances of COVID, we were just glad to be in Nashville celebrating a friends birthday! We were completely Blown away by how great the house is! Perfect for all of us being adults without being on top of each other or anything! The rooftop was out favorite part and absolutely amazing from the view to the ability to have all of us there and again not being on top of each other was great! Kim and Chandler took such good care of us and made sure our stay was the best it could be! We cannot wait to come back!
