About this property

Beautiful 3Bedroom Townhome in Historic Downtown Savannah

This home is a gorgeous brownstone steps from a park and a very quick walk to Broughton where you will find all of the shopping, restaurants, and night life that bring Savannah alive. The home features large bedrooms, bathrooms, and includes an open kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you may need. This home has your comfort in mind and so do we as hosts!

The whole house, including a courtyard and a parking spot, is your's! This home is perfectly placed downtown and is also amazingly spacious. You have access to three bathrooms, two and a half baths, a kitchen, dining area and living area. The master suite has both an ensuite bath, complete with a tub, his and her sinks, and a steam shower, as well as a bar/breakfast nook. The other two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The entire home has great light and has been recently renovated with comfort in mind.

We are always reachable by phone or message and strive to make sure someone can be there within 30 minutes if there is ever an issue.

Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try. A major Savannah attraction, Forsyth Park, is a mere 3 blocks away. There is a grocery store conveniently located 2 blocks from the house and one of our favorite little bakeries is steps from the house.

Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride, we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will give you a tour of the entire downtown. Hello!

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy homes. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules.

- Please try to do your best to have no shoes within the house.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

- PARKING: We provide one parking spot in the front. Any additional parking please use the street parking..

- Feel free to use the barbecue outside. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.

Great location and very nice house just a short walk from all the shopping, restaurants and tours you can imagine. The house was spacious and very comfortable. It is three stories and a couple rooms had changed furniture since the pictures were taken. The neighborhood is safe and with very nice neighbors !Communication was quick and even checked in on us just after arriving. We would highly recommend this property

Nice townhouse near everything but away from the hustle

A very nice and well-equipped cozy place with plenty of space for a family (as long as you don’t mind stairs) away from the traffic and hustle of touristy Savanna but a couple of blocks from everything. A short walk from the riverfront and shopping makes it quite convenient. Although my stay was too short to enjoy all the accommodations and what Savannah has to offer, it’s an ideal place to share with that special someone.The only addition I would have liked is a small desk for those of us that have to work while the family has fun, but the dining table is in a secluded enough space to fulfill that need

great location in Savannah

we really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse located within walking distance of everything. the home had a nice courtyard, which we opened up in the morning to have breakfast. the only minor mishap was no icemaker or even ice trays, so we had to go to the grocery store to buy ice twice during the weekend. other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. would recommend this for a family or couples looking to spend time in the historical district.

Superb location!

This property is located in the perfect location for walking to EVERYTHING within 15 minutes. It's a great townhome. Only disappointment was the bed sizes - although the bedrooms are VERY large, the master and second bedrooms only had queen-sized beds. As it could sleep six, an additional chair or loveseat in the living room would have been a pleasant addition. The owner was extremely communicative, responsive and helpful. Overall beautiful home and made for an enjoyable visit to Savannah. Highlyl recommend!

This property was in the perfect location. Close to everything. Not far from Tybee Island, where we spent the day, then located close to restaurants and points of interest. We didn't have any issues getting around using the GPS on our phone. The property was beautiful. Loved the patio! Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. I didn't feel like the size of the beds were advertised properly plus the furniture in the living room was not as shown in the pictures. A leg on the sofa looked "bent" at a wrong angle so was a little cautious about sitting on it.

Wonderful stay in Savannah

We had a lovely time in Savannah! This property was exceptionally clean and the perfect location. It was easy to walk to great shops, bars, and restaurants but at night was very quiet and peaceful. The property owner was great to work with and addressed our questions immediately. Our only comment is that the master bedroom had a full/queen not a king and the other bedrooms had full beds.
