Hello there!
I live in the coastal town of Nea Makri close to Athens with my family. I love traveling and hosting so I like meeting people from different places and cultures of the world. I like adventure, music, BBQing and spending time with friends. Because my house is quite close to the beach, I'm also a great fan of any Sport that involves the Sea and starts with an "S", such as Sup, Swimming, Scuba diving, Surfing, Sailing, Snorkeling and…Sunbathing!

This brand new and high-efficient energy house features four spacious and elegantly decorated rooms. It has a modern autonomous underfloor heating and air-cooling system in all rooms, which is more comfortable and healthier.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted cupboards and a dining table for six people.

- Living area
The living room features 1 sofa-bed for 2 people, 1 work desk, TV, games console and more.

- Bathroom
Fully equipped. Spacious step-free access with accessible height toilet, glass walk-in shower enclosure with handheld shower head and all bathroom essentials.

- Courtyard
In the private courtyard there are wooden garden furniture and a shade umbrella. There is a playground equipment and toys.
