No need to look any further, this property comes with the lot. With access to shared use of the outdoor swimming pool, playground for the kids, tennis courts and communal bbq area. This modern two bedroom townhouse will exceed your expectations. With the Sands Golf Course and surf beach only meters away it is the perfect location to enjoy the cafe's & restaurants, explore the surf shops or take a drive down along the great ocean road.

Open plan living with TV, DVD/CD player with a small number of DVDs available and unlimited wireless internet. Dining area with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. Balcony with table and chairs.

Main bedroom with full ensuite, TV and DVD. Second bedroom with TV for DVDs only. Main bathroom with large bath.
Laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Bedding, linen and bath towels provided.

Perfect stay at this gorgeous townhouse

We just came back from the most amazing stay in torquay thanks to this perfect accomodation. Franc was amazing and very receptive to my queries. He also stocked up the pantry with fresh fruit and really made our stay an absolute delight. There is really nothing to fault in this gem of a property. Ideal for kids and a family..lots of space in the lounge with generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be back!!!

Fabulous location right near the beach

What a wonderful stay! Great space for our family, brilliant location, quiet but close to everything. Owners were so hospitable providing basic essentials so we didn’t have to buy it all. Huge area for the kids to play outside, pool and tennis court access and a playground. Definitely would stay here again!

Lovely property
