First Floor comprises of a very large Master Bedroom, with a full en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Includes Queen Size Bed. TV and cable is included as well as all dressers and large amour. Washing Machine and Dryer located in closet in First Floor hallway.

The Second Floor is home to three other bedrooms and a two full bathrooms! One bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, balcony, smart TV and cable, as well as all furniture you could need provided. Another bedroom has 2 Twin Beds for the kids and has access to the outdoor patio area (access is high on the door so adults only can reach). These bedrooms share a full bathroom. The last bedroom is another master bedroom with a queen bed, all the furniture you could ever need, walk-in closet, TV and cable, and full en suite bathroom!

The Third Floor consists of the Kitchen (all appliances and kitchen items you could ever possibly need or want), Dining Area (seats 8), Living Room with family-style couch that sits 10 (and sleeps 2 on Double Pull-Out Bed), half bathroom and large balcony. Relax after a long day on the beach while watching the 50" Flat Screen TV, which has full cable and channels provided by Xfinity. Also, board games and DVD player with DVDs are provided as well as some books to read.

VERY FAMILY/KID FRIENDLY!!! I have a Pack-N-Play stored in the kids bedroom on the Second Floor as well as a highchair so you do not have to bring one for your stay!

PETS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME (for a small fee)!!!

Televisions are also included in bedrooms (except the Kids room and one other bedroom, which is being replaced ASAP) and private internet.

And do not worry about parking!! There are (2) Reserved Parking spots, with (1) in Garage and (1) in the Driveway. Plus FREE Non-Metered Parking on the street for your family to enjoy!!

Perfect location for the family and in close proximity to Wildwood Convention Center, Fox Park and the very best local restaurants (ALL A 5-10 minute WALK at most). Many restaurants within walking distance (cafe, diner, pancake house, Italian, American bar & grill, ice cream parlor, etc.). Enjoy the beautiful Wildwood beaches and 38 blocks of boardwalk.

We only rent to families and adult groups over 25 years old. The booking party must be over 25 years old AND the booking party must actually stay during the booked stay. Proms and Teen Groups permitted at a higher rate; provided, however, a 25 year old parent books the stay and the parent stays with the prom or teen group the entire stay. I will have to have the 25 year old parent provide ID and sign a waiver form as well. NO SMOKING.
