Home was really great and wonderful definitely recommend. Only thing about this property is that the floor was dirty. But I'm assuming the previous tenant was probably wearing shoes around the house. Other than that this is a perfect place for a getaway!

Nice host, but the house needs maintenance
The host's response is pretty fast. The house was very dusty when we arrived. No dishwasher. No AC. We could not sleep because the house is too hot.
We had a great weekend here. The place was clean, Alba was very helpful and friendly and the place was so nice with plenty of room.

Miserable
Owner was aware we had a little girl, wheelchair dependent, and my husband was blind. I was not aware the cooling system didnt work, which if there were screens on the windows to keep the flies out, we could have had some airflow. The kitchen was messy and I wouldn't imagine looking in the oven for pots and pans. The closest and drawers filled with owners clothes mess. No room for your things to hang but upstairs. The owners car took half the driveway preventing the ramp to eject without moving cars around. Parking on the street means 4-5 houses away. If you leave your spot, the neighbors saved them for their party guests. Non smoking with neighbors smoking and needed a window open. The non-stop barking of neighbors dog while trying to cool off outside and while trying to sleep. Spider webs everywhere. On the chandelier over the kitchen table where we eat. Plugins didnt work. No extra toilet paper in the bathroom down stairs. I have to say this is one of the worst vacation places I have rented. Honestly I am surprised it is allowed on VRBO.
The house was clean and easily accessible from the main road. Landlord was helpful along the way willing to stay awake to make sure my family gets in regardless of the time of the night.
The towels and bedding were clean.
Property looked clean and organized but home was actually cluttered with personal items and was not clean. Stair railing and floors were sticky.
Home was not well maintained and there were outlets and light switches that didn’t work, fixtures missing or broken, lawn not mowed and full of debris, back yard messy.
Sleeping arrangements were not clear and spaces were shared. Did not accommodate our 7 adults in beds comfortably. Would be helpful to have single beds with trundles or have couch make into a bed.
All of my expectation were met. We enjoyed the house it was everything we expected it to be. The host quickly responded to my questions. Enjoyable!!!

Short trip to the coast
We were meeting family for a weekend at Monterrey and this house checked all the boxes. It is a very short drive to Monterrey and surrounding beach communities. It is reasonably priced vs the same size homes in Monterrey. It gave us a place to come home to at night and hang out together and it was clean. We did not do any cooking there, but the kitchen is a bit small so cooking for 10 there could be tough. The only thing I was not expecting was that it is a primary residence, not a vacation home, but that was an oversight on my part for not asking. Overall this house met all our needs and allowed us to enjoy a weekend at the coast without spending a fortune on housing accommodations.
