Whether you are here to work or play, this is where you'll want to stay. Spacious newly finished 1000 Sqft basement apartment is a home away from home sanctuary. Private entrance through the shared mudroom, this area is completely separate from the rest of house. Beaufiful shared backyard with pond, huge fire pit and BBQ. Reserved spot in garage and lots of storage to put your bike and skis. Have a priced item you would like to store in apartment? In unit storage room can accomodate on request.

The space:
Here to work? The unit also has a wireless printer. Larger capacity black and white Laser printer available on request. Cubpoards will be stocked with basic pantry items in the event you are too tired to go out or shop for food when you arrive. Fully functioning kitchen with gas stove. Coffee, tea, french press and keurig provided. All cooking accessories as well. Laundry room has detergent, bleach, iron and ironing board. Netflix, Amazon video, and Spotify accounts all logged in to on the smart tv. Anything missing? Just ask and we will provide. The shared back yard is peaceful. It boasts a large pond with fish and fountain, huge firepit, lounge chairs and BBQ grill. Want the space to yourself, feel free to request to reserve it or come join us for a glass of wine or coffee by the pond or firepit. It's the perfect place to relax!

Beautiful location with spectacular views this basement apartment is just 15 minutes or so away from Boulder and Lyons. 10 minutes away from downtown Longmont. Modern and Upscale

Beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment with large windows. All appliances and furniture are new. The house itself is newer construction in a nice neighborhood/subdivision. The owner, Mia, was always accessible and she provided the apartment with extras like pasta and sauce, English muffins and jelly, and even eggs. 20 minutes to Boulder and 50 minutes to RMNP. Very convenient and a great value. Perfect stay.

Peaceful place to stay

My sister and I stayed here on our recent trip to the Boulder area, not knowing anything about the area, and we are so glad we did. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed (especially when it came to preparing meals). The small touches like laundry detergent, spacious closet, and cereal and milk made our stay that much better. The town was a quick drive into Boulder, and surrounded by beautiful farmland. Longmont itself also had a lot to offer when it comes to restaurants, breweries, and outdoor activities. Overall, a great place to land in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay.

We came out to ride bikes. Great place to stay. Would come back and stay here again. The small touches were especially nice (laundry detergent, small boxes of cereal, etc.)
