We enjoyed staying here during the Thanksgiving holidays. Everything was comfy and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked! When we had an issue with the garage door, maintenance was there within an hour. The management was very easy to communicate with during our stay.

Beautiful place

Nice and roomy, I love that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. It make staying with multiple families a nice convenience. Note, the place is handicap acceptable but only one bed is on the main floor and there are not any bars in the bathroom or shower.

Really nice condo right next to Snow Canyon SP

We were really comfortable at this place. It definitely was designed to be a vacation condo--lot's of space and nice patios. It was pretty kid friendly for a 3yo and up. People should know this is quite a ways out of town so if you need gas or groceries, you need to drive 15 minutes to get there.

Beautiful home that made you feel at home. My kids and I didn’t want to leave. We had our friend and his family stay as well and there was plenty of room. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. We had a blast! We hope to stay again.

World Senior Games Getaway

A/C was broken the first 2 days so we had to endure 84-88 degree temps in the unit but despite it being the weekend they did get a service repairman out there to fix it. Kitchen utensils had food on them from previous guests so we had to re-wash everything. Overall, a great location and amenities. and a very nice unit despite a few glitches. We would stay there again.

Fun stay

A little far out of town but we were In town for a dance competition and the location worked perfect for us. We couldn’t find the pool key or garage opener so we texted the manager and they figured out it got locked in the owners closet and came over immediately and got them out for us and we were swimming!

We had stayed at Ledges before and love the property. I did not know the Marathon route before booking the rental. it turned out to be the perfect spot as mile 17 was a few hundred feet out the front door of the rental property. We were able to cheer him on there then go and meet him at the finish line. the property itself had everything we needed to accomodate us. We will definitely go again.

The high ceilings make it feel so much bigger than it already is. Every bedroom has a bathroom. 😊 The two inside living areas were perfect for visiting and playing games. The Ledges staff were very helpful. The community pool and hot tub and pickleball courts were fun activities. We have no regrets with this rental. We were just sad when it was time to go home. I cannot recommend this unit highly enough!

Perfect in Every Way!

Our group was there for the St George Ironman 9/18/21. The condo was absolutely perfect for us. Great location, plenty of room and lovely patios. We were able to easily cook meals for large groups.

The fire it was really nice for the cooler evenings, and deck furniture was nice!The furniture is nice throughout. There's plenty of room for a larger family.However, when we arrived for check-in the cleaning crew was still there (even though we arrived 40 minutes after check-in time) They asked us to put the towels in the dryer for them because they knew we were waiting. House keeping didn't clean the deck at all. Or the rugs or floors.All in all, we really did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others, just hoping that the cleaning was done better for them.
