Summer residence, located in the center but still near the forest & seaside

Welcome to the World Heritage city, Karlskrona. Villa South Beach.

Perfect if you want to be around the city center and still near the sea side and the forest. Walking distance to the beach, boat trips, railway station, restaurants and cafes, mini golf and much more. The villa is built in 2010. Everything indoor and outdoor is in top modern and in new condition.

It is around 50 sqm with 2 small bedrooms with two single beds upstairs and a living room downstairs with a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. Bathroom & Kitchen.

For your convinency, the villa is fully equipped. Washing machine TV, stove with oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer, Internet / Wireless Services.

Possibility to rent a kayak and there is small boat (Model Linder 440) that we have at our private wharf by the house. Roundtrip i Karlskrona archepologe can thereby be arranged. BABY SITTING available on surcharge.

Fantastic location: Unique location in one of the most beautiful parts of Karlskrona. Once on site, most things within walking distance. Shopping, sea, ship, beach, restaurants, jogging, fitness center and many other attractions.

Schöne Zeit

Das Häuschen lag ruhig, aber zentral. Fussläufig zu Supermarkt und Innenstadt sowie Hafen. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine schöne Bank direkt am Wasser. Hier kann man gut den Morgen begrüßen. Das FH war niedlich, aber eher für 3 Personen , für 4 ist es etwas eng. Netter Gastgeber.

Kleines Stadthaus

Kleines aber feines Stadthaus mit Außenterasse, Fahrradstellpätze und PKW- Stellpatz vor dem Haus. Das Haus liegt zentral und ruhig auf der Insel Langö. Ungewöhnlich war allerdings, dass der separierte Abfall täglich selber zur Entsorgungssrstion gebracht werden musste.

Ein mehr als gelungener Aufenthalt!

Superschönes Objekt in perfekter Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit bei jeder Art von Frage. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! Etwas irritierend war die Organisation zur Endreinigung, dazu war im Inserat nichts beschrieben. Gegen eine angemessene Gebühr war das Thema schnell und unkompliziert geklärt. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen (Langö, ca. 1,5 km Fußweg zur Innenstadt). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

Karlskrona ist ein herrlicher Ort mit vielen Ausflügsmöglichkeiten. Tipp: Unbedingt Fahrräder leihen

Sehr schöne Lage dicht beim Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps gab. Das Problem mit der Sauberkeit konnten wir gut mit dem Vermieter klären.
