Plus Convenient Beach Box available at beach entrance for guests use! Owners will provide 6 chairs and 1 umbrella. The home features 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath, wrap around front porch with rocking chairs, screened-in rear deck, rear patio, outside shower and driveway! New heated pool with waterfall, 8x16 and 5ft deep. This home has all of the Victorian charm with modern conveniences!

First floor bedroom with king bed and private bath, first floor powder room, spacious living room and dining room, and first floor laundry room. Second floor master bedroom with king bed, private bath and balcony with chaise lounge chairs. Two additional bedrooms one with two full size beds and the other has a queen. Smart TV's in living room and all 4 bedrooms.

NON SMOKING RENTAL - Guests and guests invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on decks and porches.

Rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware.

This home was absolutely incredible. My family had the best time and the home was a huge part of it. The backyard is a dream and the pool and firepit were so fun for us to use. The location is incredible right by a great market and a quick walk to the beach and downtown. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful, spacious and clean house. Tons of space for our extended family to spread out. Backyard area was so enjoyable. Our group of kids loved the swimming pool and we enjoyed watching them from the screened in deck. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a market and a short drive to the beach. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic for family

Our group, aged 82-23, loved the house and West Cape May location. Lots of sitting options inside the house and out back for dining as well as relaxing. Main floor primary suite was perfect for my parents! Back screened in porch, back patio and pool were absolutely ideal. Excellent use of space and beautiful flowers. The owners were lovely and very responsive to questions. We would definitely return again!

One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Great value for the cost. So spacious and perfect layout for me and husband and toddler, his elderly parents, and his brother, sister in law and 2 older kids. Very toddler friendly (and easy baby rentals through BabyQuip) with fenced in front yard, big open living room, and pool safety precautions. Pool was very fun! Walkable to coffee and restaurants and 20 min to mall/beach. Very kind host. Will absolutely rent again. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and had many nice amenities. We loved the porches and back patio area. It was walking distance to the beach, but some of us drove each day due to the baby equipment. We usually were able to park near the beach with little difficulty finding a spot. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this house.

This was the best house I’ve ever stayed in in Cape May. Big, roomy bedrooms. Spacious common area on the first floor. First floor bedroom with an en suite bathroom, which we really needed for my elderly father.The first floor bedroom and the room my wife and I stayed in were basically both masters. And then there were two other bedrooms that were great for our 3 kids with 3 total queen/full beds between them. On top of the house being spacious, clean, lovely and in a great location, the hosts were extremely cool and quick with responses and just very helpful in general. A experience. Already thinking about booking again next year.

Family trip to Cape May

House was beautiful! Just like the pictures. Screened in porch was fabulous and the newly added fire pit to the patio was great! Convenient to nearby restaurants and easy walk to the Washington st Mall and beach. We were traveling with a Senior so first floor bedroom was a win. Would suggest adding a grab bar to the shower for added convenience. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely go back again!

Perfect stay in West Cape May

Dean & Anita's home is the perfect place for a trip with family or friends to Cape May. It is very spacious, modern, and comfortable. They really thought of every detail, from smart TV's in every bedroom, to the lovely screened porch, grill, outside shower, kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, beach box access, etc. Street parking is easy and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Easy stroll into town or the beach, and a perfect base to explore Cape May Point and other places of interest by car. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

New house, nice clean and happy place, nice decoration, simple elegance. About 10 min walk from beach and from town center. Quiet street. Beautiful town and beach. Looks nicer than the pictures. No linens when we got there but the cleaning company brought them for a fee.

We chose this home because it checked all of our boxes when searching for a home in Cape May. Bright, open floor plan, with enough room to entertain the entire family and guests. New construction that has all the Victorian charm Cape May is known for but with modern conveniences, style and design. Walking distance to all of the Cape May attractions.

What makes this property unique

We love the rocking chairs on the wrap around front porch, the chaise lounge chairs off the master bedroom balcony and the screened in back patio. Beautiful landscaping, large fenced in yard, and heated pool.
