Our home has been professionally decorated and designed and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions.

A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.

THE SPACE
The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable seating area, 60” smart TV and large dining area. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The den offers a sofa bed and a full-size desk with ink jet printer (you will need to supply ink/paper if empty). Beyond the living area is a furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.

BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite with king size bed with brand new Beauty Rest pillow top mattress, a 45” HDTV and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk-in shower and screen WC. The guest suite has a king in one bedroom and two double beds in the other, all with flat screen TVs. and a family bathroom. A full-size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only). Lake Cay Commons Plaza is also within walking distance.
