The property was very well presented, comfortable, nicely situated within the marina and close to the town with lovely walks to the beach. Karl promptly answered all my questions. I would certainly consider rebooking this property in the future.

great location. Walking distance to the main street, beach, marina. Great place for a dog. The backyard is fully secure and clean. The property is very well maintained. Check in and check out was very easy. House was very clean. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Very spacious, plenty of room for our family. So close to where we wanted to go especially within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay and our grandkids loved it to. The balcony is the winner beautiful view especially at night.

This is our 4th stay here and that probably says it all. Great view, facilities, plenty of space, location is perfect looking out across the marina and the gulf and a short walk to the Ale house. Host Carl is accommodating and communicates well and easy to get along with. Perfect!

Great view of the marina from the balcony. Spacious rooms, everyone enjoyed their stay with all the comforts. The only suggestion for improvement is to let visitors know to bring their own coffee capsules for the coffee machine.
