Lovely, quiet complex

A fantastic few days in a lovely, quiet complex. A spacious apartment and excellent large balcony giving us everything we need. A few minutes walk to all amenities- we will return!

Good location but a bit noisy at night for us

Apartment was fine for a weeks holiday - a little bit tired but had everything we needed. Only thing missing was a sun umbrella (think it had disappeared in the wind) and it was so hot we couldn’t sit on the balcony. It was very close to the main walk into town so was convenient however it also made it quite noisy at night with karaoke bar!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! :) Gemütliche Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und schönem Blick in einen Palmengarten. Maria war eine tolle, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit Ihr war perfekt. Gerne wieder!!!

Börjar med det bästa, läget och balkongen. Sliten lägenhet, väldigt litet kylskåp, endast 2 kokplattor att laga mat på (förutom mikro). Städningen rätt så ok om man inte tittar lite närmare. Dubbelsängen var bäddad med plast under lakanet, svettigt och prasslade mycket. Det bara fanns 1 nyckel och den behövdes även när man gick in till poolerna.

It was OK for a week

On the plus side, this property was very convenient for the main 'strip' with shops and restaurants; it was spacious; had a sunny south/west facing balcony which was big enough for three loungers and it had all the kitchen appliances you could need including, usefully, a washing machine. On the down side, the apartment was accessed through a gate on the road and this was the only way to get to the pool area - by going out on to the road and back in through another gated entrance - not a big issue for us in January but would have been awkward for a family with children wanting to make a lot of use of the pool and have easy access back and forth. This was the same for most apartments in this complex. The decor was a bit tired and scruffy. We had a problem with the shower head not staying place in the holder which meant we had to hold the shower in one hand. Not ideal. We reported it on our first morning but nothing happened to fix it while we were there. On balance, it was a the right price for a last minute decision to find some sun in the winter. but would not choose it again.

Endroit agréable, touristique dans une Très belle île

Appartement agréable dans une résidence privée, la piscine n'est pas chauffée l'hiver et n'est pas accessible directement, toute la résidence est cloisonnée et sécurisée. Contact téléphonique uniquement à l'arrivée et pour le départ. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un contact physique avec une personne pour l'accueil.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel dans une Résidence très agréable et bien située mais une voiture de location est souhaitable pour sillonner l’île. Piscine non chauffée donc froide en cette saison. Pas évident de trouver la bonne porte le premier jour !

Our favourite stay in Corralejo so far !! Maria’s property had everything we needed and more !!!

Property manager Jolanda was close by to help with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Apartment was very clean and spacious for myself, my husband, my mother and our 16yr old son. Lots of towels and spare bed linen. Washing machine was brilliant and the great sized balcony with comfortable sun loungers offered us fabulous privacy to sunbathe. When we wanted to swim, the pool was just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of good supermarkets nearby and a wee shop at the Dunas resort next door for ice & water when needed. Wi-fi was intermittent but fine for our needs. We will definitely be back to Villa Morocco as we love everything about Corralejo !! Thanks Maria & Jolanda xx

Clean, comfortable and well situated.

We found this property to be very clean and comfortable with everything we could need provided. The location was excellent less than 5 minutes walk from the main shopping / leisure facilities. The harbour is a 15 - 20 minute walk away but taxis were very cheap less than 3 euros to the harbour although there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity.

Great location

Would reccomend a stay in this appartment, it has a large balcony which gets the sun from lunchtime until sundown. Maria was very helpful with any queries and got back to us quickly. The complex has 3 swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately the pool we preferred was closed the last week of our holiday for renovation. The complex is quiet but very central to the main road which has lots of shops restuarants and bars. The aquapark is about a 5 minute walk away. The local bus stop is also only about a 5 minute walk away and buses run every 1/2 hour. Car hire is not a necessity for this rental, but residential parking is available.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Myself,husband and two children recently spent two weeks in this property.We had a fabulous holiday and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The only criticisms would be that it could benefit from some air conditioning or at least ceiling fans as it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep at night and the one fan provided wasn't adequate,also we couldn't use the safe as had no communication on how to use it,and the last point which is the most important in my opinion is the lack of cleaning,i have never stayed anywhere for two weeks where no one comes in to clean at least once or change the bed linen,there was plenty of linen in the cupboard and towels but when on your holiday its not something you expect to have to do yourself. A nice lady did knock a couple of times to ask if everything was ok and did accommodate us with a late check out time.All in all though we had a great holiday in a perfect setting.

The standard booking includes a final cleaning. Also you have extra towels and linen. If you needed more service, you could ask for with extra charge. We hope to see you again.

Zu teuer

Die Wohnung war im grossen und ganzen i.o. Das Doppelbett zu klein und die zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt hatte es für das Mückennetz nicht gereicht, und es hat viele davon. Ausserdem zu laut von den Generatoren vom Hotel nebenan. Kannst nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, aber dann ist es zu warm. Die Wohnung ist auf einem absoluten Minimum gehalten, klar, braucht vielleicht auch nicht mehr. Mann muss ja nur überleben dort, ausser der Fernseher, der ist zu gross und der Empfang für deutsche Sender schlecht. Hände weg vom Grill auf der Terrasse, minimaler geht's nicht, schon fast gefährlich. Küche klein, Kühlschrank klein, gehts auswählen Essen. Bad ok. Waschmaschine super! Es würde noch viel mehr zum schreiben geben! Komme sicher nicht mehr! Für den Preis kriege ich was bessere. Liest das überhaupt jemand?

Lieber Feriengast, es ist Augst und die Nächte sind warm. Auch gibt es um diese Jahreszeit Mücken auf der Insel. Dafür haben wir im Schlafzimmerfenster ein Mückengitter installiert und zusätzliche Moskitonetze aufgehängt. Das französiche Bett hat eine normale spanische Größe von 150 cm x 180 cm und die anderen beiden Betten 90 cm x 180 cm . Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer komfortablen Sofa-Liegewiese einer Medienschrankwand mit 46" TV und CD Spieler ausgestattet. Die marokanischen Lampen und Spiegel finden bei den Gästen allgemein Gefallen. Die Küche ist mit einem für Ferienzwecke normalerweise ausreichendem Kühlschrank und allem Hausrat ausgestattet. Schade, dass Sie uns nicht während Ihres Aufenthalts darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, wenn Sie etwas vermisst haben. Gern hätten wir Ihnen geholfen.

Very peaceful place in a great location!

Very recommended cozy and comfortable house with 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a large living room with a wide and comfy couch and a very big tv, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. There is also a balcony which faces the garden, equipped with tables, chairs and sun-chairs, so beautiful at sunshine. The apartment is in a tidy complex surrounded by garden and 3 swimming pools (that we however never used), free parking and the most appreciable thing to us was the closeness to the central street, where you can find lots of pubs, restaurants and shops... So great to get out at night and come back home at anytime just by walking for few minutes!!! The only little hitch we found was with wifi: most of times we weren't able to connect (sometimes it doesn't find the wifi, sometimes it find it, but couldn't connect...just a bit better on the balcony)... and when you connect, it is really slow!! Obviously this isn't a big problem if you need internet just occasionally, as we did. In conclusion, I strongly recommend this house to everyone! Great place to stay in the beautiful Corralejo! You will love it!

Super Lage, sehr schöne Anlage!

Eine super eingerichtete Wohnanlage mit zahlreichen Pools und einem tollen Garten. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Angenehmer Kontakt. Ein paar 100 Meter und man ist mitten im Geschehen, bis zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit.

Nettes Appartement

Nettes Appartement für maximal 4 Personen. Alles ist vorhanden selbst Waschmachine. Keine Geschirrspüler. Internet über Wifi ist vorhanden. Bestem Empfang für iPhone oder iPad ist nur auf der Terrasse. Mit Enginius superWifi antenne (wenn man einen hast) ziemlich gute Verbindungen auch innerhalb der Wohnung. Eigene Eingang von der Strasse. Nah am Spar Supermarkt. Abends etwas Musiklärm von der "Kaufmeile" Emfelungswert. René / Niederlande

sehr zufrieden

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, wie auch die gesamte Anlage inkl. der Swimmingpools. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und war sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Oase ohne erholung nachts

Ferienwohnung in hübscher anlage mit einem schön angelegten weitläufigen gelände sehr nah am zentrum von corralejo, allerdings sehr laut: musik aus den benachbarten kneipen bis mitternacht, danach laute menschen auf der straße und um 5 uhr morgens wurde ebenfalls laut der müll des hotels auf der anderen straßenseite geholt. es gibt keine klimaanlage - dadurch kaum abkühlung in der nacht (zumindest im august, wenn temperaturen um die 30 grad). kühlschrank (zu klein) und herd mit nur 2 platten sind für familien bzw. für 4 personen völlig ungeeignet. dafür aber entschädigt aber der nur 5 minuten mit dem auto entfernte naturstrand. nicht zu vergessen die schönwettergarantie mit fast immer sonne.

Schade, dass Sie sich in Ihren Urlaubsnächten nicht erholen konnten. VILLA MOROCCO liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße - einer einspurigen Einbahnstraße - die nur von wenigen Anliegern benutzt wird. Es gibt keinerlei Bars oder Kneipen in dieser Straße. Das nächste Lokal liegt einen Block entfernt auf der Hauptstraße. Live Musik ist in Corralejo ein beliebter Teil der Abendunterhaltung. Da die Lokale Ihre Türen bis Mitternacht geöffnet halten dürfen, hört man Musik auch über größere Distanzen. Ab Mitternacht herrscht allerdings gesetzliche Ruhe, die von der Policia Local streng überwacht wird. Die Müllabfuhr fährt am frühen Morgen den Müll ab. Das ist so - und dabei wird keine Straße ausgelassen. Fuerteventura zeichnet sich durch ein ganzjährig mildes, sommerliches Klima aus. Jedoch kann es im Hochsommer auch zu Temperaturen über 30 Grad Celsius kommen. Der vom Meer kommende, leichte Wind sorgt normaleweise jeden Abend - durch die geöffneten Fenster - für ausreichende Abkühlung, so dass die Mehrzahl der Ferienhäuser auf eine Klimaanlage verzichten kann. VILLA MOROCCO verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, die für die normalen Bedürfnisse einer Urlauberfamilie eingerichtet ist. Wenn darüber hinaus Bedarf besteht, ergänzen wir diesen auf Nachfrage gern. Schade, dass Sie uns nicht sofort darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, wir hätten Ihnen gern eine zusätzliche Kochplatte zur Verfügung gestellt. Immerhin freuen wir uns, dass Sie die herrlichen Sandstrände und das schöne Wetter geniessen konnten.
