Overall this house was a 7 out of 10. No place is perfect but the front porch light didn’t work and it was dark when we got there. My husband had to replace the bulb. There were several light sockets didn’t work. Two rolls of toilet paper and the frig had a small amount of trash in it. Only one trash bag for a week! So, we bought extra toilet paper and kitchen garbage bags. No biggie. Loved the reclining couch and the front door combination lock. Our shower was great which means a lot to me!! And that’s our experience. It could be a lot worse!!!! Weather was great 👙☀️🔥🌞Thank You!!!!!

St George Island

Over all our stay was great. The owner definitely needs to invest back into the property and needs to make a visit there on occasion. Just felt that for the money we paid it definitely should have been in better condition. 1. Screw and nails sticking up on the decking coming into the house and on the top middle and lower deck as well as walkway. 2. Baseboards have not been cleaned in a while. 3. Mattresses were terrible you could tell they were old. Mattress pad covers were placed on them to help but they did not. 4. Pillows were flat and hard. 5. Was unable to adjust Air conditioning temp. It was set on 76 at night and 74 in the day. Terrible to wake up sweating every night while on vacation. 6. The sliding glass door was hard to open and close the entire week. The first night it fell of the tracks and my son in law was able to catch it from falling on my pregnant daughter. 7. The kitchen stove one burner doesn’t work, and one gets really hot. 8. Calcium build up on bathroom faucets. 9. Sheets on the two down stairs beds had balls on them. 10. Chair in the living room had multiple stains on arms, seat and bottom of the chair right below the seat. 11. Light in master bath wasn’t working. 12. Decking on back of home had some loose boards. 13. The siding needs to be pressure washed and the windows cleaned on the back of the house. The manager took care of the dirty chair the next morning, house keeping brought different sheets, and maintenance came and put the sliding glass door back on the tracks but remained difficult to open and close.
