long stretch of white sand and sparkling blue ocean. Meters up the road is the centre of town with shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants as well as the patrolled beach.

You can enjoy lovely ocean views from both the outdoor area and living areas inside. The covered outdoor area spreads across the entire front of the unit and has plenty of table
and chairs to take in the ocean views. Through the lovely, large glass sliding doors that you can open right up to bring the outside in you will find the open plan lounge room,
dining room and kitchen.

The lounge room is fitted with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV with a DvD player and Foxtel. The dining room has a lovely table seating for six and the kitchen is well

In the second bedroom you will find two single beds and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom and laundry are combined and are fitted with a shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine
and dryer. There is no lock up garage space however you can park right out front on the lawn.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.
