Wharewaka Bach is a 3-bedroom plus sleepout holiday home located in Wharewaka. Enjoying lake views, this home is an ideal base for your next Lake Taupo family getaway.

This bach enjoys sunny, open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto the sundeck framed and sheltered by the surrounding vines. Here you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by. With plenty of outdoor seating, in the warmer months, soak up the sun and enjoy a laid-back BBQ with your group. You can also enjoy a bath with a view on the deck!
During winter stays cosy up by the fireplace in the lounge, chill out in front of the large smart TV, or enjoy the additional warmth with the pot belly fireplace in the dining space.

You’ll love the close proximity to the Lake, just a 2-minute walk away, where you can stroll along the water’s edge and take in the expansive views of Lake Taupo. Or jump in the car and head to Taupo Central, just a 10-minute drive and discover. Come home after a day of exploring and soak in the outdoor bath.

The coffee machine is a Nespresso machine. Guests must bring their own pods to use.

This is a great original kiwi bach for a relaxed family holiday. It is compact but had all that we required, with lots of space outside and easy walking distance to the lake.

Very Cute Bach, near 4 mile bay. Excellent location. Cottage worked well for our family and pet. Loved the out door area, kitchen was well stocked if I had forgotten something, nice living area to relax in too. Thank you. We would love to come back.

The property was pretty basic but in a great location. Could have been cleaner.

Was generally good. Biggest issue was cleanliness. My daughter was quite shocked to find crumbs in her bed, sheets obviously not properly cleaned. Also, vacuuming of carpet areas not great either.

Fabulous kiwi bach for families. Excellent location with the park right there, outdoor bath and deck were highlights with children. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals etc. Perfect choice for an easy break away.

Very clean and in a great location just outside of Taupo and very close to the lake.

Excellent location. Suitable for families with young children and/or grandchildren. Owners very pleasant to deal with. Would stay there again, however, would eat out every night as the kitchen is very small.
