Beautiful, comfortable home in a neighborhood location walking distance to downtown Golden, with easy driving access to both the city of Denver and mountainside towns. We were vacationing as a family clan of 6 adults and one child, and this fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed playing board games, darts, grilling on the deck and the neighborhood coffee shops and pizza spots. Looking forward to next year already!
The property was wonderful and exactly as listed! We were there for a child’s educational opportunity and it was awesome and conveniently located. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in Golden! Thank you.
House was just as listed. The cleaning service failed to show up before we arrived. The host responded immediately, and gave us a substantial refund. Had everything in house needed for a great stay. Highly recommended

Beautiful Location and Home
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was beautiful and is in excellent condition. We were able to walk from the house to downtown Golden and the Colorado School of Mines. The downtown area had a good variety of restaurants to enjoy. This location was perfect for our day trips to the Zoo and Natural History Museum in Denver, Fort Collins, Boulder, Arapaho Basin Ski Resort and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The home provided plenty of room and amenities to relax in comfort from our daily adventures! The Owner was easy to contact and provided all the information needed for our stay. This property really was the perfect 'Gateway To The Rockies'!

Family Thanksgiving Gathering
The home was as listed and proved to be well suited for our time in Golden. The location was convenient to last minute grocery store trips and the neighborhood park was an added benefit. The home was clean and well appointed for any cooking needs. The owners were responsive to any questions and I would recommend the property to others.

Great time
We had a great experience staying at this property. We used it as a base for a family reunion, with some family members staying at a hotel and others at a nearby house. The kids were very entertained with the space as well as the toys, games, etc, in the house. There is a lot of comfortable room for just hanging out and talking. And between the kitchen, dining room, and patio, there are lots of seating options for meals. The location is wonderful too, being close to Denver, the mountains, downtown Golden, and Golden Gate State Park. We had a great time.

Excellent place to spend Thanksgiving
We just got back from spending Thanksgiving at this property. We had such a great time. The house is so much bigger than the pictures make it seem. We were a party of 7 and could have all stayed on one floor yet there are three floors. The house is nicely decorated and there were toys to play with for the kids. Overall, we felt very comfortable.
