Bob's Bach is a 3 bedroom traditional Mt Maunganui bach. This sunny retro bach is situated between the famous main surf beach and Pilot Bay harbour, offering the perfect spot for a welcome break!

This Mt Maunganui bach includes relaxed open plan living, fitted out in the original 1960s style and furnishings. Stay cosy indoors, soak up the sun from the sun room, or enjoy the generous section for family BBQ's and games in the sun.

Bedroom 1 at this Mt Maungnui accommodation is fitted with a queen bed plus a single bed, while bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds. There is 1 full bathroom, plus a second toilet at Bob's Bach.

For days outdoors, take a 2 minute stroll down to Pilot Bay and watch the cruiseliners depart the port. The calm waters here are ideal for children... A 2 minute walk in the other direction take you to the Mount Main Beach. Equally handy are the shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants, as well as the hot pool and the Mount itself!

This place would be fantastic in the summer, just a little bit cold for this time of the year. We spent all our time in the kitchen area which is very sunny and a smaller area to heat at night.It brought back memories of living in Christchurch in the ‘50s, similar furniture, similar decor.The property is very well located for the amenities of the Mount.

Location doesn't get much better than this place.

Location doesn't get much better than this place. Kids playground across the road, main street beside that. Right in the middle of both main beach and harbour side and a perfect view of the Mt from the back lawn. The house itself is an awesome one ... a proper retro old style batch. Will defiantly be looking up this place every time we head back.
