Putt it at Pauanui is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse at the Lakes Resort Golf and Country Club and has a swimming pool and gym facilities on site. A golfers dream, with Sky TV (Basic) and DVD Movies for non-golf days, this comfortably appointed Pauanui accommodation is set in parkland about 8km from the centre of Pauanui.

At this Pauanui holiday home, you will find 3 generously sized bedrooms. Located upstairs, all bedrooms are tastefully decorated. Two of the rooms are fitted with queen beds, while the third bedroom includes 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite in addition to a private balcony for easy indoor/outdoor living.

Downstairs, this Pauanui accommodation has a spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining area that flows easily onto the patio... On lazy summer evenings, enjoy the al fresco living!

Enjoy the spacious at this gated community, nestled amongst forest covered hills with spectacular wetlands and the prestigious golf course... Even the non-golfers will enjoy the quiet seclusion and privacy here. Plus, there are plenty of other areas of interest within a short distance - the Pauanui shops, restaurants, and pristine beach are only a few minutes drive away!

A great location to have as a base for those wanting a golfing trip, or a quiet break away that is a bit unique...

PLEASE NOTE CELLPHONE COVERAGE IS LIMITED IN THE LAKES RESORT.

As the property has unfenced access to the golf course and lakes on the grounds, adults should closely supervise young children while outside.
All guests at Putt it at the Pauanui have access to the Lakes Resort Sports Complex, including a pool and tennis courts. The Sports Complex is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Please note, the gym is only for people 16 years or over.

The heated pool is unavailable between Anzac weekend and Labour Weekend.

Guests cannot walk on the golf course paths unless playing golf due to restrictions by the Lakes Resort.

There is a gas bottle available for guest use if they bring their own bbq. No wood or charcoal BBQ's permitted

Family escape to Pawanui

Perfect place for a family getaway to a private retreat with entertainment contained within. Great host who was both informative and friendly. An awesome weekend enjoyed by all the family, would highly recommend to others.
