Inside, you’ll find a modern open plan living area and kitchen with all the essentials for your stay, including a convenient breakfast bar and a Nespresso machine for your morning caffeine fix. The 3 bedrooms offer plenty of space and the third bedroom is the ideal setup for the kids to chill in.
Enjoy sunshine any time of the day with the generous wrap around deck. Relax on the loungers and hammock, or enjoy the seamless indoor/outdoor flow and fire up the BBQ for an easy meal with your group. The expansive yard allows plenty of space for the kids to play and throw a ball around.
You’ll love the close proximity to the beach, just 2 minutes walk for a quick dip in the water or take your boogie boards down and catch some waves. Head into town, just 10 minutes walk away and explore Pauanui, and play a round of golf at The Lakes golf course.

Perfect getaway

Pauanui gem
Lovely modern house with virtually everything you’d need provided. Just bring your clothes (full length wetsuits from torpedo 7 at about $180 for the kids a great investment - not least of all from a sun protection point of view). Super close to the beach and the supermarket in the town centre has all of the essentials along with a great bakery and fish and chip shop. Lovely week away.

Relaxing holiday
Our family of 5 loved staying at your holiday home. Thank you for having us! The house is in a perfect spot - we were able to easily walk to the beach and pop back for lunch before heading back for another dose. We enjoyed the beautiful Pauanui evenings chilling out on the deck!
