5 bedroom beach house, 1 mile from the beach and close to town. Very open and spacious home! Ammentities include outdoor shower, plenty of room for parking, grill on back deck overlooking the fourth hole on montauk downs. Free WiFi and full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom has private bath and access to front deck. Downstairs has two bedrooms with bathroom and shower. Looking for a nice family or group of friends to enjoy what montauk has to offer. Please be 25 years of age or older.
