We provide our cleaning and maintenance team’s contact information in multiple messages before your arrival and ask that guests contact them immediately if any housekeeping or maintenance concerns arise. This allows us the opportunity to address and resolve any issues promptly during the stay. In this case, the owner of our cleaning company personally responded to your only request regarding the slow-flowing drains, which were primarily caused by sand brought in from the beach. However, there was no mention at that time of dirty linens or an odor coming from the refrigerator. Had these concerns been brought to her attention during her visit, she would have been more than happy to address them for you. If the linen or refrigerator issues were significant enough to negatively impact your stay, we would have appreciated the opportunity to have our team address them while you were at the property.
