Property manager/owner was on top of things I needed or any issue that came up. I love that the property is very close to the mall and secure. Small shops and laundry services are also accessible while mall is closed. I have always felt safe

I booked a 1 bedroom suite with two bathrooms. I was taken to a small studio unit. I was tired from my travels and I called the host. I thought I had booked a 2 bedroom. She informed me that I had booked a place for two people and that the studio was enough for two people. When I complained about the size, she told me to complain with Expedia or whoever I had booked the stay. I did not contact her anymore. There were many condos available to rent but I made due with the studio.

You booked a 1BR condo unit, this is crystal clear. You couldnt have booked a 2Bedroom condo coz we offer 1Bedroom units only.
