This fully renovated apartment is just south of Seaview Golf Course and 200m from the beach. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans and a coffee plunger.

The main Cottesloe beach with its cafes, bars and restaurants are about 5 minutes walk away.

Cottesloe train station and the main Cottesloe shopping area are a 10 minute walk or quick drive away.

There is a BBQ on the balcony with a table and chairs where you can watch the sunset over the ocean every day!

Our second stay at this great older style one bedroom unit surrounded by fabulous multi million dollar homes and an easy walk to beach, cafes, restaurants, train stations. It’s a great place to experience beautiful Cottesloe Beach. We highly recommend it and look forward to another stay there soon

The place was clean but the slightly worn. The photos didn’t reflect current furnishings. Balcony view was limited. Everything seemed to work. The beach was lovely and it was a good area but the actual apartment block needs a refurb.

Listing not accurate, but was comfortable

I had contacted the owners prior to leaving this review, for their opportunity to perhaps apologise for the inaccuracies. No apology was given. There was NO microwave or BBQ, as listed, which they admitted to. And they have also admitted that the photos are not current. We were expecting bright décor in the rugs, cushion and bedroom wall, however it is now all white and a hint of pale blue. And checkout details were only provided AFTER we had left. However, it was comfortable.

I did reply to you Rosalie. As stated to you, the BBQ had to be removed because of strata rules and the microwave needed to be replaced, which it since has been. New photos need to be uploaded as the decor has changed to a more beachy vibe in line with thew property's location. Bright green and purple is what it had when bought, which is quite dated and not to the taste of the vast majority of our guests

Lovely set of units. Better than photo!

Was even lovelier in person. Quiet area. Bit of a view of sea. Warm heater. Walk 10 minutes to Iga or to great wine bar. Very welcome tea bags and olive oil etc...
